Location is decent but driving to the garage is a hassle and the parking is on lower wacker making it super confusing to find and park in the TINY garage spaces that cost $400/month (which is significantly higher than the other apartments I searched in the same zip code). The leasing office does not care about current residents and only wants to attract new customers. For instance, we had some delivery food stolen from the front lobby desk (in the few minutes before we could get downstairs). My husband went to the lobby to check what happened- the leasing lady told him “I’m not letting you in” - so she didn’t ask or realize he is a resident and needed office assistance because he was dressed casually. The dog run has no grass or turf (and is mid-way up the building) so my dog won’t even pee up there which makes it useless; there is a pet bath which is handy. The apartment finishes are decent but there is very little closet/storage space so our items end up cluttered; the lay out says “walk-in closet” which is an exaggeration- it’s a small step-in closet and not enough space for 2 people’s clothing. Do not plan on extending my lease.
I applied for an apartment and during the application process, I found out that it was an ADA accessible apartment and was not disclosed online. Once Siearra informed me of this, I choose to withdraw my application. Although this was an error on their end, they refused to refund my $550 application fee. Such a shame that what should be a beautiful, new property is ran so horribly. There are plenty of other great properties that are ran well- go elsewhere.
