Millhouse is beautiful. I love the overall design of the communal spaces as well as my unit itself. Every time I come home I feel like I'm entering a luxury hotel. However, what really sold me were the large outdoor patio options. As an owner of an XL dog, this was a must for me when apartment hunting. Out of all the properties I toured, the patio sizes at Millhouse were undoubtedly the best.

Millhouse is by far the most beautiful and well managed community I’ve ever lived at. I am impressed with the livability in my one-bedroom apartment! Millhouse has a great staff! Everyone is super knowledgeable and friendly. The dog wash station is professional grade! They even have a little dog run where my dogs can go potty. I'm looking forward to the south building and seeing the amenities open up like the fitness center and the rooftop bar that will be there. I've had the pleasure of seeing every Floorplan and they are really smart uses of space in every unit. You can't go wrong.

I highly recommend Millhouse to anyone looking for a cozy, elegant environment. The staff is friendly and customer service focused. The South building is opening soon, which means the full amenity package will be available. I'm really looking forward to the rooftop lounge with views of the sunset and the West Hills! The amenities available in the North building are nice, too! I'm so excited about my residency here. I'm the lucky gal that gets to invite all my friends to the quaint little spot in the city so we can go to all the foodie food restaurants and unique Portland entertainment venues! It also has easy access to the freeway, so you don't have to fight "downtown street traffic". You won't regret choosing Millhouse!

We recently moved to Millhouse from the south waterfront and are very impressed. The building is brand new very nice and quiet. The neighborhood is the best amenity in my opinion. Slabtown is one of the best parts of Portland if your looking for shops restaurants and stuff to do nearby.
