Millennium Park

So far my experience has been great ! I mostly worked with Cortny and even though she is still in training I love that she could just call her manager when she needed help.

We have lived here for many years and have always had a great relationship with management and maintenance. They are a great group of people.

So far I have loved living here. It’s only been not even a full week and I was welcomed by the neighbors! It feels to me like resort living with all the wonderful amenities and I feel completely safe at night. Definitely will refer my friends here if they need to move.

Overall great experience, office management was great as well. Only thing is you can hear kids running up and down the apartment below you or next you in the early mornings

Office staff is always friendly and ready to help. Maintenance is very fast in completing a request. Area has multiple options for grocery shopping and other shopping. Restaurants and coffee shops near by. Also, right on the bus line so that's a plus.

I've lived here 17 years and love it. Highest recommendations. In particular the entire staff is amazing and very helpful with regards to all aspects of living here.

I am enjoying my stay here. Have been here since April 2024. No issues with appliances or fixtures. Neighbors are friendly and considerate for the most part. It can get noisy but that is because my apartment is close to Mill Plain which gets pretty busy. I wish they had sidewalks throughout the whole property so I could walk my dog without being in the way of cars leaving or parking. But otherwise, I like having all these windows, light and fresh air (when it is not 100 degrees)!

Millenium park is very nice apartments for living we live here for 12 years and we enjoy living here is a very nice community, we recommend this apartment

Amazing staff and team in the leasing office. Jodi was super helpful and was able to move us in the next day. Also great amenities. In a great area/neighborhood. Spacious floor plan and overall this place is amazing.

Very nice and quiet community with adequate parking. The office staff was very helpful and the apartment is very well maintained. Plenty of shopping nearby and the surrounding areas is very walkable and bike friendly. Loving my stay so far!

I chose this place because during my tour, I knew it would be a home for me and my two young kids. I love the environment and the spacious room! The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Can't wait to start my life brand new in this place.

Millennium Park Apartments is a great place to live. I’ve lived here 10 years and have never experienced any problems. Shopping is within walking distance. Staff and maintenance are very friendly and quick to resolve any issues.

I love living here. I’ve lived here for about 7 years on and off and everyone here is great nice. management and maintenance are sweet and fast working. The neighbors are friendly and there’s lots of things to do around the complex for kids and adults.

We've enjoyed our time here so far! The rent is a pretty good price compared to others in the area and it's quiet. Also close to so many restaurants and stores! Neighbors are friendly, too.

The best thing about this community is the Manager. Jody is very proactive, knows the residents and a very effective communicator. In the past our complex has had many Management companies come and the experience was horrible. Jody and her team have been consistent and have gone the extra mile to make our community functional and safe.

My family has lived at Millennium Park for 13 years, we love the area, the schools and small community around us. The grounds are well kept and staff always attentive.

We lived in this place for years, this used to be a great community, most of the neighbors knew each other, our property manager Jody & Robert really care about everyone, the maintenance team is good at their job, now things are starting to change… there is a lot of new people, less parking spots, less amenities, the corporate group is focused on raising rents & getting their money back, they just introduced a utilities management service called “Conservice” which according to them we get to pay for the property ‘s utilities, (water, garbage, landscaping, electricity, drainage, jacuzzi etc) shared by all residents by building… after a few of those bills, it’s really obvious to say that they charge what they want, it feels like a scam, I even look at their reviews online and there are more sharing the same concerns. We know Jody for years and we can say that she is doing her best to protect all of us from the corporate greed, but there is only so much that she can do.

I been her for over 10 years , everything been excellent Manager, office members of course maintenance group. Thank You so much for All you hard work!.

My family has lived in this community for over 12 years. Management and the maintenance staff are professional and very responsive, the property is conveniently located, clean, and quiet. Great place to live.

It’s lovely living here. The staff is great and nice and the neighbors are cool. People mostly keep to themselves but still friendly. And I love how the complex is near stores and amenities that I need.

I love it here it is so quiet and my neighbors are great. These place are very well insulated That I really don’t need a heater on and summer I did not even need air conditioner it stayed pretty cool

Millennium Park is a good place to live. It is a nice neighborhood and they are awesome keeping up with maintenance. Everyone is really friendly. Jodi is an awesome manager and cares about her residents. I would recommend this as a place to live.

Out of all the places I have rented this is by far the best. I have lived here for 5ish years and feel such a connection to this community. My kids love it here and feel safe. The park has a fence so I can keep my toddler in a contained area instead of chasing him all around the place (and he has the freedom to explore). The office and maintenance staff are awesome and very approachable with questions or concerns and Jodi is a rockstar at making sure everything is by the book and fair for all. In this community the kids grow up together and create long lasting relationships with each other. Its a great place for the kiddos.

Jody is freaking amazing. All the office staff were extremely accommodating while I was living here. I'm a little sad to go due to out of state move. I wish I could bring Jody with me. If I ever come back to WA I would definitely come back to this apartment complex.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Always willing to help above and beyond. The maintenance is extremely efficient with most requests handled the same day. Fantastic location, safe, and friendly. I have lived here for years and intend to live here for years more. 5 STARS!

I lived in these apartments for a year and a half with my wife. Our apartment was nice, even though it was more money than we thought was worth. Way too expensive, and the rent seemed to change every 6 months. What we loved about the apartment was the location; being close to stores and restaurants was a plus, our neighbors were pretty good and very nice, and if things ever broke (our washer happened to have issues every few months) maintenance was there by the end of the day fixing it. These guys were some of the nicest people I have ever met; and so helpful. They were always nice to my wife and I, always said hello to my dog, and gave advice on things that seemed to break more often than not. Now, the bad. The manager, Jodie, was disrespectful, and blamed her problems on the residents. She would tell us one thing one day, and then the next she would say "I never said that". She had the nerve to yell at my wife for something Jodie screwed up and constantly said "I can't imagine what your pets have done to the place". It seemed to get worse when a new management company took over, and Jodie stayed. You couldn't walk in and ask a question without her looking like she hated you. The nicest thing she's ever done was giving us our full security deposit back, even though she seemed less than thrilled to do so. If my friends ask for a place to rent, I would be happy to recommend Millennium, if Jodie is no longer working there.

My wife and I have lived here for three years. After shopping around we found the rent here to be a good price. It's located right by a ton of shopping. Jodi and her husband do a great job keeping up the property with their team. Whenever we needed anything repaired they were very quick to deal with it and they're very friendly folks. They also make sure people aren't tearing through the parking lot so the kids have a safe place to play around the playground on the property. We're leaving as we are moving out of state, but glad we were able to find such a nice place to live while we were here. Thanks Jodi and team for a wonderful place to call home!!!

My husband and I have lived at Millennium Park for close to five years. We are moving due to the purchase of our first home. The office staff is exceptional!! Hands down the BEST individuals to work with, Jody is amazing and very personable. Whenever you walk in to the office to pay your rent, or pick up packages, you are always greeted with a smile. The recently started taking payments online which is a huge plus! You can pay by check, debit, or credit card. In five years I have had maybe two issues to address maintenance wise and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The apartment decor is pretty standard, but I believe they are updating their units, and quite frankly, they look gorgeous! Very happy we chose Millennium Park and will miss the staff!

My wife and I lived in milenium park apartments for two years in a one bedroom. It was a great place to start off our marriage and we enjoyed our time there. We moved out recently as we bought our first home. I will give you my thoughts below on each aspect of the apartment. Management - Every single person working at Millennium park was very nice and helpful. All who worked in the office, and the repair people, we're excellent and moved quickly to help if we ever had an issue or problem. Facilities - The common spaces provided were a workout room, pool and hot tub, and a meeting room. All worked well. My wife and I used the workout space all the time and it was very useful and never crowded. The pool and hot tub were often crowded but that's to be expected with so many people living in one area. Apartment - The one bedroom apartment itself was well designed and everything worked pretty well. It had plenty of storage and closet space so we could fit all of our possessions. The only frustration we had was with the appliances sometimes, as they aren't of the highest quality. Everything was functional though and if anything ended up breaking, a repair person would always come within 24 hours. Overall the accommodations provided were a great value for the price of our rent. Also I know they are currently renovating and updating so things will be even nicer than we had them in the future!

We lived at Millennium Park Apartments for seven years, if it wasn't for us relocating due to my work we would still be there today. We stayed in the 2x2 apartment, and were happy with the size of the unit, most especially the LARGE storage in the back. The location can't be beat, 24hour fitness, Target, Whole Foods and a bunch more retailers are just across the street; the convenience of living in this apartment is a huge plus. The office staff stayed the same during our seven years, which meant that we had a consistent and pleasant experience the entire time. They were quick with maintenance requests, and were accommodating when we asked to move units in the middle of our lease agreement. The manager of this property I must say is very much on top of things, which kept the state of the apartment and the community grounds in great condition; even during winter the landscaping is tended to. They are currently renovating units with really nice upgraded features, but you don't need to a renovated unit to enjoy living at this great property.

The staff here are fantastic. Most property managers only care about one thing - MONEY. The people here take care of their bottom line but are also down to earth humans that realize that things come up and sometimes leases have to be broken or move in dates need to change. I have always been very happy with their customer service whether its getting a new mail key or having questions about things here and there. They are kind and professional. The complex is in a GREAT location with 24 Hour Fitness a literal 3 minute walk across the street food and shopping. I have never had any issues with mold or ants or anything like that. I was very pleased with everything at Millennium Park and recommend it to anyone.

Not a large complex, quiet, good amenities, pool, playground, indoor gym, washer dryer in unit. Very good school district, close to all shopping, minutes to Portland, Or.. Economical they pay water, garbage, basic cable. Very friendly and personable managers. When you go in to pay the rent they ask how you are, they know your kid's names and ask how they are, and if everything is ok, anything needed in the apartment. I have been here 13 yrs. Love it. Repairs fixed asap.

I've been renting from Millenium Park Apartments for about 2 1/2 years. I love the management here. They are friendly, courteous and are REAL people. I have had power hungry apartment managers at other apartment complexes, but not here. I appreciate that maintence requests are addressed most of the time the day I let them know. The grounds are kept very nicely and problems are adresses promply, directly and professionally. Rent can be paid online which is so convenient. I plan to stay here for a long time.
