I had a fantastic experience at Millennium MetroWest, thanks especially to Felix from the leasing office. He was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions clearly and consistently offering every possible option to make my move-in smooth. The entire application process was easy and even enjoyable, thanks to his support. The property itself is beautiful, extremely well-located, and the amenities feel like something out of a five-star resort. Highly recommend!
We recently moved in and from the moment we met with the entire staff felt welcome. We put in a maintenance request of our icemaker which was immediately fixed by Gregory. We had some other questions and while he was there took care of them immediately. He was friendly and professional. It is a pleasure to live in a community where you feel valued.

From the moment we came to the Property we see like Mr. Felix smile and greets us, like we was already at our home. For that moment we even wasn't planning to rent something this exact day, we was just watching different areas and nice apartments. But with amazing presentation, patience to explain all details and of course great promotions that they have, we not think even more to check other places. And after we already moved to this nice place, we enjoy every small detail like Gym and Pool! All teamwork and fun they do every time! And again Mr. Felix also there to help with every small detail that so important for us!

This move was unexpected and completely dreaded due to the market in Orlando. Michael, Kenovi, and Nicole instantly put all my fears at ease. They were so kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Many, many kudos to the property’s Maintenance staff for fixing our unit’s dryer and changing out our filters. Gregory was a very friendly and efficient worker and took care of each of our issues promptly. Maintenance has always been a pleasure to work with at this property.

After paying for over a year premium rental payments I couldn't get out of here fast enough. Unattended children everywhere, knocking on doors, riding their bikes in the hallways, shooting play guns at all hours of the night and parents no where to be seen. Garbage all over property, irrigation that needs to be fixed before someone falls from lifted lines, noise at all hours, apartments with more people than renters, etc. You even see people coming in and out with their belongings in white trash bags. This is the prime example how a NEW apartment complex can deteriorate in a year. Management, it changed late last year for the worse also. They won't even call me back after leaving 5 messages. Stay away you will thank me for it!

This complex is good, clean, but I am living on first floor, so my neighbor it is very inconvenient, running every time, make party Later night after 11 pm. So this is really bad for my family.

I have been living at this apartment community for over a year now, and I am continually impressed by the incredible staff and the fantastic community events they organize. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been nothing short of amazing. They are always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that residents are comfortable and their needs are met. One of my favorite aspects is how the staff takes resident feedback seriously. They actively seek input and suggestions for events, amenities, and improvements, showing that they genuinely care about making the community a better place to live. I have been living at Millennium MetroWest for over a year and we not only renewed, but we even upgraded to the three bedroom. The office staff is superb and they take such great care of the residents. From any work orders we need to resident events every month. This is by far the best choice we made for our forever home when we moved to Florida.
