Whitehaven is the largest neighborhood in the city of Memphis, but that’s not the only thing that makes this neighborhood popular. These Apartments Is Not Ok For Anybody To Be Staying In I Will Be Reporting It To Cole enforcement because I ask plenty of times may I have my lease broke ! Due to the situation that my house got broke in my apartment invested with roaches , rats ! Rats eating through the wall the apartments floods the they don’t fix anything I have pictures of all this I’m going to show them because you are charging me for this apartment in don’t want to break my lease in all these things are happening in these apartments you are saying I can’t get my lease broke because you trying to fix the problem but you can’t fix rats or get rid of them y’all don’t come make sure our apartment is fix up after 100 times putting in maintenance I’m going to the enforcement now
Their maintenance team is awful. Everything in my apartment is broken. I can’t use my kitchen sink because it will not drain. The doors are literally falling off the hinges. Needs to be totally renovated. When my lease is up, I will be rushing to get away from here.genuinely traumatized because this was my first research. Please do not research and MOVE ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE
Be aware that though the prices are good, they have a lot of complexes that are infested with roaches! I have been living here since December of 2019 and I struggle everyday with fighting the urge to break my lease! The roaches leave but ALWAYS come back. They also are not the best when it’s comes to maintenance.
tried to schedule a tour and get more info on apartments and got yelled at by the receptionist. so rude
I made a list of several complexes in the Whitehaven area to check out. Mill Creek was very easy to find coming off I-55. I was greeted by a security guard who actually stopped each car before opening the gate. He gave me directions to the leasing office. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the rental office. The took the time to tell me which unit types were available, explain the specials, and the application process. The complex seems to have a variety of tenants from a variety of ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. The only things I didn't like was little outdoor privacy (patios open or only partially gated) and only having one way in and out. Overall, I think this will be a great place to start my Memphis journey.
In the heart of Memphis close to Graceland Mill Creek is safe, secure and reasonable. Maintance issues are never a problem. The area always clean and the yard is well manicured.
IM 71 YEARS OLD....AND STAYING IN MY APARTMENT IS GREAT FOR ME....SMALL BUT IS JUST FOR ME AND I LOVE IT....FREE RENT WOULD HELP THIS OLD LADY BOUNTIFULLY.....BECAUSE IM STRUGGLING TO PAY THIS RENT....BUT I LOVE MY APARTMENT SO I TRY TO WORK A JOB TO STAY IN IT.....LOVELY CLEAN HOME
Nice apartment living, wonderful maintenance staff that promptly fixes issues great value for the price,close to many amenities.
In my building,there is a huge kitchen area for those that like to cook. The living room area is of ok size as well as the bedroom. The closets are walk-in in the bedroom, which is really nice too. There are no cable cords that run into the bedroom, at least not in my apartment. The bathrooms are a really nice size and there is plenty of counter space and drawers for anything you need to store. The staff have been very nice and maintenance has quickly responded to my requests.
since I have been staying here at Milcreek Apartments I have had a wonderful experience. I have enjoyed my little space. The workers are very nice and easy to get along with. The office workers are very polite as well. They are very prompt at seeing about issues that may arise. There were a few issues that have come up with the apartment complex but it was handled and well taken care of. It is a very nice community to live. I have referred two of my family members to live here. I will recommend even more.
