Love living here so far. The door staff is great. The apartments and amenities are very nice. I have a dog and it's very dog friendly which is great!
My lease started on 4/1 and although it’s only been a few days, it’s been seamless here at Milieu. The staff is extremely friendly, the leasing team was great to work with, and everyone in the building is so nice! The building is always so clean, the move in process was easy, and I absolutely love my unit! I’m very excited to be here.

I moved into a unit with a smelly garbage disposal and faulty loud pipes. I emailed the leasing team and asked them to fix it and they ignored most of my emails and completely screwed with me and took my rent. I would be very cautious signing a lease here they will take advantage of you before helping you fix any issues.

Best community and best amenities I’ve ever had! The concierge’s are all so friendly and welcoming every single day and so are the office staff members!
Wow, I was blown away by the warm welcome we received! The staff here go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. Plus, our neighbors are incredibly friendly and considerate. Choosing Milieu was the best decision ever!
Milieu is an amazing place to live. Maintenance team is very quick, the front desk staff is very friendly and the management office is always ready to help.
Generally pretty good. A comfortable unit and amenities. Very expensive but the views and units are worth much of the cost. Love the free coffee and espresso.
Everyone seems nice, I was invited to a wine night by some residents so I liked how welcoming they were. I also like the staff, they are very helpful and accommodating to everyone plus they make good tea and coffee drinks

Milieu's biggest pro is the location (West Loop)! All the conveniences of a city with the pace of a smaller, intimate, neighborhood. Glad to have spent the time in this community.

Just moved in. Love the amenities!!! The location is perfect. Quiet but still near several places. The walls are thick. We do not hear much noise. Love how clean the complex is.

Expensive, but if all the original planned amenities and services were available it would be worth it and a 9-10.
There have been issues with the elevator ever since I moved in 9 months ago. Each time we have guests, it's a hassle. There's been an effort to help but it's not resolved.
Once some of the services and amenities become more consistently available, I will not hesitate to give this a 10 out of 10
