I've been living at Milestone Apartments for around two years. The community is peaceful, neighbors are friendly, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The gym and other amenities are also well-kept and convenient. However, the rent has increased significantly, and there's no incentive or consideration for long-term residents. With the rising costs of moving, it's becoming harder to justify staying or leaving. It would be great if management could offer some benefits to those who’ve been here for over 12-15 months.

Everyone in my building have been nice, people usually stay to themselves. The community is kept clean and things get fixed in a timely manner. I’ve had a package misplaced and someone was kind enough to drop it back off at our door.

This apartment complex is in a great location with a quiet neighborhood feel, conveniently close to shops and I-270. Maintenance is responsive and typically resolves issues promptly. However, package and mailroom management could be more organized, as packages can sometimes be difficult to retrieve. Communication with residents also needs improvement. Sometimes messages are sent via email, while other times they're just posted on your door or the community board, making it easy to miss important updates.

The neighborhood is quiet.. and spacious I like it here. Seems clean for the most part and my building feels safe and I truly love how the playground is right outside my patio really good for my daughter since I have a 7 month old it’s so close to home I love it.

Dirty and noisy apartment complexes. Dogs poop every where and smell of cannabis all around the compound. After moving out from their apartment , they unfairly and unnecessarily fined you. Very unprofessional behavior. Very overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I’ve had a wonderful time here so far. My neighbors are nice and it’s quiet for the most part. My only complaints would be finding the occasional bug even during the winter time, though I am on the first floor so I’m not surprised. I also keep running into the issue of the trash compactor being full when I go to take my trash which is a little annoying as it’s the closest trash to my apartment and the next closest one is a bit of a walk.

I am very impressed with this complex. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because of the washer and drier. I love the full size but they are really cheap. It takes over 1 hour to dry towels and no delicate cycle on washer. I lived in other apartments and this does not feel like you live in an apartment complex. Very clean and quite.

The apartment complex is a bit over priced, and the dog poop all over the complex is ridiculous. I would love to use the "dog park" but that to is in no state for seven a dog to use.

Management really doesn't care about residents. Maintenance is good. Some leasing staffs are good, but felt the property manager is really rude and doesn't care.

All of the staff here are very friendly. Getting minor issues fixed like a broken blind are fixed really fast. I love how quiet it is and it's a peaceful area.

Milestone is a wonderful place to live. Neighbors are nice. Personnel in front office are delightful, courteous and respectful. Grounds are kept in good condition. Maintenance workers are respectful and they get the jobs done in a highly satisfactory manner. Close to shopping centers.

Our apartment is well maintained and the staff is supportive and responsive. The apartment is spacious with lot of natural light. The location is perfect with grocery stores just a walk away.

I would never live here again. I would never recommend someone to live here. The grilles outside have not been working for a very long time, among many other things. Leaks and noise. I have never heard of making a "scheduled time" to go to the pool.

The ambience is good. Well maintained parks and side walks. Service requested are taken care on a timely manner. The rent is little bit on the higher side but the location of the apartment justifies that. Right on exit 16 on 270

I love the apartment! The space is great for my family. I just wish the appliances worked better when we moved in. We’ve had issues with the garbage disposal not working the first night, the stove taking a while to start warming up, and the dryer not working.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I needed to find an apartment fast and I was shown one that I love. The process of filling out the application was quick along with the rest of the steps and I was able to move in quickly.
If you like a quant, cozy living arrangement, this is the place. It is cozy.m. It is quiet. The leasing office is very friendly, engaging, and communicative. As far as surrounding and a daily commute, there are a plethora of retail and grocery options and 270 north and south are both about two minutes away.
