The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Mile 44
We have lived here for about 4 years now and the last 2 have been ABYSMALLY BAD. Management doesn't care, everything is extremely run down as prices go up somehow!!! The least clean common areas I have ever seen in my 15+ years of renting. The pools are always broken and dog poop is LITTERED EVERYWHERE. Garbage cans are overflowing on the regular. Only one of the office lady's does anything. If you talk to the front desk lady and not the manager expect 0 communication and nothing to be done she will lie to your face and has multiple times to us. DO NOT LIVE HERE THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER PLACES IN DENVER DONT SETTLE FOR THIS TRAP

We take your concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, and communication very seriously. We're committed to providing a comfortable living environment for all residents and will strive to do better. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.
New management sucks. No longer griffis. Gate does not work. Mail always stolen. Lots of crime. Roaches.

Thanks for rating your experience. Please accept our sincerest apologies; we hope you can allow us to turn your experience around. We are working with our supplier to repair the gate. Unfortunately, it is not a simple fix as the call box was severely damaged but it is our top priority to repair it as soon as possible. We also have a pest control company that we partner with and would be more than happy to schedule a treatment. Please reach out to us at highlinecherry@avenue5apt.com or 303-743-8252 so that we can address your other concerns.
The location is beautiful. The staff is very nice and accommodating. It made moving into Highline at Cherry Creek fairly smooth. The apartment is also very nice as well as the common amenities and I would highly recommend this place.
My experience was a positive one I love my apartment
I love the extended porches in this community and the close proximity to trails. There us a lot of open space in the community. Aside from things things. I would not recommend living here to anyone. The community cleanliness and upkeep is awful and embarrassing. I sweep our building hallway myself because it does not get done anymore and I am embarrassed to have guest over. Also, dog clean up areas are not maintained and never have dog bags, so beware of were you are stepping at all times. Garbage bin areas are disgusting. It is awful. Management listens but never follows through and there is so much lack of communication. It was not like this before Greystar took over. I am now paying much higher rent for poor quality management.
It is a nice place to live, yet like a gilded flower it fakes it's beauty. Management fails to take care of the residents or the community as a whole. Management works the community as a cash crop, tells you what you want to hear and fails to follow through with updates or small repairs. Bill pay is a cumbersome experience every month and residents are blamed when payments are late.
Ive lived here for two years and its terrible. From my AC barely working correctly, to my package constantly beinf stolen and the office doing nothing about it. To cars being broken into, gates being busted for months, 0 security. This is a terrible place to live. Avoid moving here if you can, you pay absurd prices for nothing.

Living at the Highline at Cherry Creek has been comfortable, affordable, fun and easy. I love the location, the staff, the amenities, the apartment and the complimentary coffee bar. We enjoy our front porch often and the neighbors with friendly pooches and kids. Thank you for this wonderful community that really is a hidden gem.

The highline on cherry creek is a nice gated community right on the river. The apartments are nice and clean. The staff are really nice and get things done in a timely manner. There is a real sense of community, most of the neighbors are great.

I've been living at The Highline on Cherry Creek now for a little over a year and a half. I can say that for the most part I have enjoyed my stay. The front office staff is among the best that I've ever dealt with. They're all very courteous, available, and welcoming. They're never too busy for even the smallest request. They took excellent care of my needs when I was moving from a one bedroom into a two bedroom, and made sure that it was an easy transition. One aspect of The Highline on Cherry Creek is the great transportation system, I am less than a mile from the light rail. It's a straight shot to wherever you may need to go down south or up north. In the time frame the time hat I have lived here I have had no problems and I can tell you that I'm have already enjoyed my stay at The Highline on Cherry Creek apartments so far. The neighbors, staff, and services are all world class. I highly recommend it to those who are looking for a new place to live.
