ROACH INFESTATION
There is nothing they can do about the roaches anymore, thats how bad it is ! DO NOT MOVE HERE !! ROACHES OWN THESE APARTMENTS!

Don't move in
loud music, roaches, people fighting in the hallways at 3AM. Parking is horrible and your car will be ruined by others. I was with my 3 year old son and we went through the hallway to open our door and there were guys smoking marijuana. People in the streets drinking all the time. Save your money and a headache!

Loud music until 3am, perfect drinking in the streets, dirty, bug infested, people slamming downs and yelling in the hall ways up until 2am and then start at it at 6am! I do not recommend it! They don't care about the residents, only about getting $$. Save your time and yourself.

Affordable and Comfortable
I've been here a year. At first it was a bit shakey but got better and better. Ive had a few different maintenance requests within the last year and every single one has been responded to in a timely manner. I dont visit the office much, but when i do the new team is always upbeat and energetic. They are very friendly and courteous..

Happy Resident
I love how they care about the children and parents.My children and I are very happy!!! I wish that some of the residents value the apartments like others. Sometimes it feel like I am in the hood...

Ok place to start for the location.
The place is ok but they are slow on repairs, but nice customer service. The bugs are bad as well.
