Midtown Delray is a lovely clean townhouse complex, priced competetively with fantastic staff. Very easy to maneuver the application process and we LOVE our new home. Highly recommend Midtown Delray and their team!
Parking is absolutely horrendous ac broke a few months before end of my lease never got fully fixed made the FPL bill go up because ac had to work overtime to attempt to cool the 2nd floor with vents from the 3rd floor maintenance claimed to fix and monitor but didn’t and took too much money from my security deposit from the last month for water bill but was also somehow the most expensive in the last 12 months
The maintenance team here are awesome! Super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. The one called Esnel especially is quick to respond to our maintenance issues and always has a smile while doing it. I've never had a good maintenance person but this property and team has made a great impression on me.

I love Midtown Delray community. I have been living here with my family for eight years. we are comfortable and happy here. I like to deal with the community office they are so understanding and collaborative. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The planning of the houses in this community is very useful. In addition to that the location of the community is unique. It's almost near to everything , an elementary school , a fire station , Walmart, Aldi, delray hospital, medical plaza etc. it's really Midtown Delray nice community. I recommend it to those who would like to live a calm and lovely life.

I would say Midtown Delray is a lovely community although it’s not gated a very safe and environment Courtesy officer. The staff Representative is amazing by the name of Yolanda. She is extremely efficient and diligent when doing her job. I would absolutely recommend this community to any family or individual.

Honestly, everyone is so nice. Suppose there is an issue, it is handled promptly. They keep the property clean and well-maintained. It's also quiet and safe. I moved from Miami where every condo floor was like a party every night, so I am much happier here. I now have friends thinking of moving in here next year when their lease is up, this is how much I recommend the community

We moved out of a Greystar property-Midtown Delray and after NINE months, they come back and try to say that we owe money for damages!! We did not hear anything for 9 months! We quickly responded that we did not feel we owed anything and heard nothing. Now, two YEARs later, they sent the alleged debt to collection agency and we have to deal with THAT. I would not deal with Greystar ever again!!

I am a current resident........The water coming out of the bath tub, sinks, shower head, ice maker, dishwasher, and washer, is BROWN! The water was not like this when I moved in 6 months ago. I requested service from maintenance, and I was told that our unit has an originally / old installed Hot Water Tank, and the Rust in the hot water tank is causing the discoloration when we run the hot water. So now our Hot Water Tank is old, Rusted inside, and rusty water is cycling through the water pipes in our unit. Maintenance did a filtration, but it is still brown. Then, I went to the office and spoke to the Assistant Manager, and she said: " There is nothing I can do " - Its not considered an emergency! Its been 4 days since the 1st request, and now they expect for me, my wife, and my 2 children (age 3, and age 1) to bathe, cook, clean, wash dishes, and wash clothes with Brown Rusty Water inside the old hot water tank, that is leaving behind a brown "residue film" Instead of: " Replacing The Old Hot Water Tank ". I did not want to leave this review, but I had to let people know about this situation. I will repost, once this issue has been resolved, but if you don't see another post, then you know this issue hasn't been resolved yet!

The staff at Midtown Delray are amazing. The women in the office are so nice and efficient and are always there to help. I have had to call the office around 6 times with various issues and they always come right away to fix the issue and I am never charged a fee. When I moved in the movers had damaged the walls. The handymen came and fixed the wall for me at no cost! I was amazed and so is everyone else I tell about this. Great place to live!!

Not a safe place to live! We had two burglary attempts. One of them we had our car window broken and two nights later another attempt to our other car in our driveway. Therefore we have two crime reports. Midtown Delray management doesn't have any type of security to protect you or cameras to help the police. Unfortunately the management doesn't take any type of responsibility nor help you when you need it! All they care about is money and that's all!

I love it here I've been here for 4 years going to 5 I'm not thinking on moving out anytime soon the staff is super nice they go way beyond their duties just to make sure everything runs smooth the amenities are always clean and organized not to mention the great location of the community pretty much 5 minutes from the beach downtown delray boca mall and highest-rated schools love it
