They take forever to do any maintenance in our apartment. They complain about you keeping your pet on the balcony or patio, which is weird.

The office staff Never answer the phone and when they do they’ll tell you the can’t help you and the manager is busy …. They’ll mark your maintenance request as done when it’s not … they’re units aren’t actually renovated they just slapped white paint over beat up cabinets

If you are considering moving here, but unsure make the move! From the office staff to the maintenance men they ensure you’re living is perfect. Work orders are worked in a timely manner. The property keeps you updated frequently. Email is always updating with information from the complex. The remolded apartments are definitely a win. Stop by, & see for yourself! The reason I call this place home!

Worst experience. Please view and inspect your apartment before moving in, signing lease, or paying deposit. I have never had as many problems as I have in this apartment. Please weigh all options!
While touring Elton Park, I found the office and staff to be very courteous and helpful. My experience there was great as the leasing personnel was very nice and knowledgable of the area. Currently, the community is going through some renovations and the unit I was shown was very impressive and inviting. I would recommend my co-workers to this community if they are in need of housing.

I was looking for a place that was quiet.The space was well kept and very spacious. I love the balcony and the scenery. Minutes away from gas stations local stores and restaurants. Its very safe with around the clock security. I Feel very comfortable living here.
