Graniteville is a largely residential area off of Interstate 20 that’s growing consistently thanks to the nearby University of South Carolina campus at Aiken. This is a largely residential area, but it’s location near the interstate and Savannah River means that the amenities of the more populous areas are just a short drive away.

Beautiful homes and I love my neighborhood!
The homes are so pretty in person, I have a 4 bedroom that has so much space. I love the cute yards, the community events and just the wonderful feel of living here at Midsomer.

I called midsomer because I have been looking for a home for a while now.I spoke with a lady named Alexis. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with everything I asked.She walked me through first steps, requirements,Floorplan, the neighborhood and more. I feel confident that I was getting all the information I needed a real feel for the property and neighborhood. If you're in the market for a home in the area, I highly recommend calling midsomer and speaking with alexis.

Wholesome environment!

We have been very happy with our experience with Midsomer so far. The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is clean, safe, and modern, and our experience with Alexis has been wonderful. We moved from out of state so it was nice to have her support through it all. She is extremely professional, responsive, and polite. We haven’t rented in two decades so having the ability to rent a home with a fenced in yard was very important to us. While this will only be a temporary home for us, we are so glad we chose Midsomer.

Houses are very nice, however with any new house, bugs need to be worked out. It’s great washers and dryers are in place for persons on temporary assignments.

Midsomer has a beautiful and aesthetic environment to it. The floor plans are spacious. You'd be surprised that a lot of apartments are costing almost the exact same as these rental homes. Why not get the backyard too for the pups to run around? and guess what? They'll cut it for you! So thankful we came across these rental homes, it's definitely a must for those struggling to get a home with the housing market being where it's at and those trying to obtain comfortable living can get it without an immediate shut down.
