The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Midpark Village
Just drive around and look. Entry doors paint peeling off, for a long time. Entry door brickwork falling apart and some doors rub so hard on the bottom plate hard to open. Vines and green growth growing completely over bottom floor windows by the pool. Vines running up gutter spouts The little things never get taken care of. I moved out and am glad I did.. Sad.. nice layout but whoever looks over the manager and makes decisions should be fired. Maybe the manager too. she should go to the big boss owner and let them know the poor condition things are becoming. No bushes trimmed/block entry doors even.
It's a good place to live the pool is relaxing in the summer and maintenance always do their job. The neighbors are decent and it's super close to everything. Only problem I have is one of my neighbors. Me and my roommate are pretty quiet people we come home from work then spend the rest of the night either watching shows or on our phones and the lady above us doesn't seem to understand she lives in an apartment building with 12 apartments and then accuses us of slamming things while we're just quietly on our phones and playing games. Then she stomps around like she's "getting revenge". Like we're both in our rooms minding our business then she starts stomping. Like you're blaming the wrong apartment lady.
I love the open floor plan, spacious closets and the big windows. My only complaint is the parking, never any spots after 6pm and have to park in the overflow parking in the back.
The building it self is old so it has a lot of Maintenance problems. The apartment manger is a joke. People will throw your laundry on the floor before it’s even done drying. People steal your packages. If you have a noise complaint you might as well keep it to yourself because they will do nothing about it! Even though you sign a lease saying you’ll have quiet hours. If your loud neighbors say they’re not making the noise they won’t take your complaint seriously.
I like to give credit where credit is due. I wrote a review awhile back and in doing so, management contacted me and issues were resolved. But there was a misunderstanding on my part. For that, I apologize to management. All is well. I am glad for the opportunity to clear this issue up. We signed a new lease. I think this makes our 20th lease.. They are trying something new this year which I think is awesome. I was very happy to see the 18 month option. I have looked at many other apartments and I could never get my furniture living or bedroom furniture in those places. Rooms are big here. As far as stink bugs they are all over the place. Put dryer sheets in the windows. They hate them. I haven't had any for two years.
