Situated about 20 miles northeast of Detroit, Clinton Township is the most populous township in Michigan. Close to shopping areas, close to freeway, metro beach is down the street. The property manager Jill was very professional when i came in to look for an apartment. I am a future resident on the waiting list.
I was very impressed with the layout and price. I wish they had something sooner.
Leasing person was very happy and friendly. I will be moving in soon and cant wait. My apartment is spacious and affordable.
For starters have lived here for 3 years and my first year my bedroom flooded for a while till they finally came after having to go over the property manager head.Secondly every year it’s something wrong with my heating everyone else furnace works but not mine also my bedroom has cracks in the ceiling that they classify as wear and tear but won’t fix it.im definitely not renewing my lease they hound you about your renters insurance but wont come fix your problems in your apartment but will say this when Michelle was in charge she got things done. O and don’t let them tell you they have a pool because for the past three years i been here it has never been open nor fixed.

Never had a problem. Always safe and have good neighbors. They had a security guy patrol the parking lots for prior issues in parking lot but I believe that happened years ago and I have never had an issue. Decent size one bedroom. Maintenance always helpful and quick to help. The office staff always helpful willing to work with you if your late and send necessary documents/ paperwork. Very helpful and nice and answer voicemails. Pool hasn’t been opened since I’ve lived here which has been over four years now but I haven’t cared about that. They recently put new carpet in hallways and looks good. Recently re did carports and looks very nice. Air and heat always work good. Water gets a little too hot sometimes but better then cold. Good place to live
Wants to charge their tendants late fees in the middle of the pandemic because they messed up and sent a paper out stating it was less then they wanted . I’ve had black mold in my unit sense I moved in , nothing was eveR done . My ceiling fan is hanging from the ceiling by the electrical wires So cannot he used and is a scary death trap ! The hot water NEVER works . Busted broken windows that don’t lock when there has been multiple gun situations where police have had to come . Take out places won’t even deliver here . I had to personally fix my door due to it being busted from being kicked in from last resident . They have said they cannot do maintenance because of covid but it’s been a year . It’s okay to charge me late fees but not keep my unit safe and up to code ? THIS PLACE IS A JOKE !!!! COVID IS ENOUGH TO KEEP ME IN A UNSAFE BUILDING BUT NOT ENOUGH TO BE LATE 10 days ON 50 dollars !!! Lady at office just hangs up on me when I call now, this place only cares about money and zero for their tenants Negative stars .

I lived there about 6 years and I can honestly say Holly took over and made my last few years the best she's really turning the property around for the better

Metrowoods is an amazing place I've been here for years. Heat and water included maintenance always respond fast. The property manager Holly has great customer service and always work with you. Clean peaceful friendly private environment.

Carpets are filthy walls are filthy laundry areas are filthy tenants smoke weed and cigarettes and it comes to your apartment I’ve complained multiple times about the listed above and all I get is a contact the office like I haven’t did it multiple times already

Basic apartment but good size and closets. I like that there is free heat and they dont charge for the covered parking spot.
