I’ve lived here for 7 years and I love it! Office staff is exceptional and extremely friendly and helpful! It’s very clean thanks to the 2 cleaning ladies who work very hard! Yes you do see stuff here and there and yes the building is aging but it all gets taken care of by them! Maintenance is also great and I love how they communicate via text. Thank you to all for making this place better!!!

Horrible management and staff (minus maintenance) ongoing safety and just basic operational issues. This place is also disgusting, cleanliness has gone down hill here

Just avoid this place. We are not renewing. There is a lot of turnover, bad system management and an overall attitude to not care. The headaches started at move in with bad guidance, turnover in staff and access issues. Add to that new IT systems implemented that make everything from service requests to payments harder. The new payment processor is a credit card company - just think about that when you have to pay your bill and what they do with your personal info. Just avoid this headache as there are many other properties with fewer issues in the same area.

We are in our 11th month at Metro at Main. Every month the property seems to decline. The property has a major roach problem, trash rooms are dirty, smell and are roach infested. There is little to no security, and no noise enforcement after hours. The most disappointing feature is that the management staff does not care about the tenants. The property is not maintained. We have had a dead roach in the clock in our oven for two months, pest control is difficult to schedule at best. If you want to overpay for a low-end property Metro at Main is your first Choice. My roommate and I have been residents for about three months at this wonderful complex. Ed has been in contact with Janelle, Alicia, Kelly, Paniz, Katherine, and our maintenance friend Christian. He always raves about his interactions with the staff, friendly and always professional. We have had a couple of maintenance issues and Christian has been prompt in addressing the issue and resolving them. I have had the pleasure of having interactions with Paniz and Katherine, both address me by my name when I see them, pretty amazing considering there are 289 units and I see them once or twice a month. Needless to say, we are very happy living here.

I have only been here for about two weeks and I absolutely love it! It is quiet compared to other communities I have lived in in the past. Everything is clean and well maintained. Staff is responsive and personable . Neighbors are friendly but not 'overly' friendly. Very happy here so far.

Great place to live if you like modern homes. Neighors are respectful and the office team are always on top of everything and very professional. Bonus: they pick up your trash from your door, and packages are put in a locker so no need to worry about theft!

The astounding Metro at Main experience begins with the leasing office staff. Every encounter I've had with them has been professional, courteous, and super hospitable. Of ALL the Apartments I have lived at......Metro at Main is by FAR the Friendliest!!! Cleanest and most PEACEFUL place I've lived. Everything runs so smoothly, I have been a resident for well over a year and not ONE COMPLAINT!!! The Staff is truly "one of a kind" GREAT PEOPLE!!!!

I'm going to reach my 1 year living at this complex and if I could save some people from living the headaches that I have lived the past year, I will. The complex is way too expensive for the area it is located in. I get that they tried to make it a downtown vibe, but it is not worth it. It is unfortunate that I live near the back warehouses. Every morning by 6 am, the workers from the warehouse are up taking out forklifts and picking things up that literally make the whole apartment shake, that's my alarm clock every day. On weekends I'm supposed to get a break from warehouse noise, but the community has the gardening people on Saturday mornings using reef blowers, so no peace whatsoever. On top of that, we have the fire alarm go off way too many times that nobody will believe if we actually every have a real fire. The floors are all vinyl wood, which is a nice look, but it is NOT soundproof at all, you can literally hear every step from the up-stair neighbors. The parking situation seems to finally be under control, but my boyfriend's car did get broken into. Also, make sure you check how loud your A/C unit is before renting a certain floor plan. My A/C unit sounds like an industrial unit, it is so loud that I rather not use it. Neighbors do not respect the rules, every night someone in my surrounding units decides to have several smoke breaks in their balcony and all the cigarette smoke comes in to my unit; it's supposed to be a smoke free community. They also leave dog poop in major walking areas, and do not bother to throw their trash away where it belongs. If I had to choose one good thing about living here, it would be that it is conveniently located by the freeway entrances, other than that my experience has been horrible. If you're expecting a place that feels like home, this is not it!
