Apartments are only as good as their management and maintenance teams. We hit the jackpot with this team! Compassionate, professional and humane, their fairness in enforcing policy as well as their care in timely upkeep of repairs leads to a feeling of security. My neighbors are friendly, we all look out for each other but respectful of Eaches privacy as well. We feel welcome and comfortable here. Lainy is one of the best ive interacted with. Management is wonderful and very responsive. They take care of things immediately. Staff works hard to keep grounds clean and it’s very quiet.

Friendly staff, and they are quick to fix things when needed. Someone is always cleaning the grounds/community areas. The price is unbelievably affordable and the AC blows ice cold.

Managment is amazing. As far as corporate goes and the owners, this apartment complex needs new owners. Only 1 maintenance guy for the last 2 months and AC issues. No one has cleaned them since 2006. You pay extra for AC. $75 a month extra. Nothing gets fixed appropriately. It goes against many violations, cigarette butts everywhere glass on the roads. Kids playing outside with these things. Poop everywhere. Apartments have holes in the window seals, carpets have black stuff underneath them. If you have a leak from someone upstairs they don't check to make sure there's mold growing. No matter how many maintenance requests you put in nothing will get done because corporate will not approve it!!
