About Merrifields Estates Apartments
We offer spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes and 3 bedroom town homes. Our community is nestled in the peaceful Merrifield neighborhood, right in the heart of Churchland. Our community is conveniently located to shopping and dining opportunities, and is just minutes away from major highways, perfect for those with a busy lifestyle seeking an affordable place to call home! Pricing and availability: 1 Bedroom Garden Apt- $750 2 Bedroom Garden Apt $850 3 Bedroom Townhome- $1015 Features: Our apartments and townhomes all feature wall-to-wall carpeting, major kitchen appliances and ample closet space. Three bedroom townhomes have washer/dryer hook-ups, with the option to rent the set for an additional $45 per month. Our garden apartments allow the option to rent a stackable set for $40, or our residents may utilize the on-site laundry facility as well. Application Fees and Security Deposit: The non-refundable application fee is $40 for the first applicant and $25 for each additional adult. All adults must complete a separate application. Security deposits are based upon the application process and will range from $450- $900. A $99 administrative fee will be assessed upon move-in. All prices listed are subject to change. Other Requirements: Residents must purchase and maintain a renters’ insurance with a minimum liability of $100,000 and listing Merrifield Estates as a certificate holder. Utilities: Residents pay water, gas and electric. Pets: Merrifield Estates is also a pet friendly community, allowing one pet per home, with weight and breed restrictions. A $350 non-refundable pet fee and $40 per month pet rent is assessed. Contact us! On-site management and maintenance is provided by United Property Associates.
