The staff was super friendly and very helpful. This is a great area for first time movers like me. Neighbors are respectful and not noisy at all. Very clean.

My husband and I have lived here for years, it’ll be ten years in August this year! We love it here. Maintenance is done the same day I put in a request, the grounds are well-maintained, with beautiful flowers. Our rent is reasonable and the entire complex is well-maintained. The gym has great equipment The swimming pools are kept very clean. Private security and cameras to ensure our safety. And our Manager and office staff are wonderful, as well as the maintenance staff! We’ve made a few friends here and everyone is friendly.

I go to school in Fresno so the location is good. Place is clean and well kept. Rent is decent. The staff is fairly chill too.

I have a bearded dragon that’s extremely docile and friendly but apparently her “species” isn’t allowed? I just don’t understand how they can allow dogs & cats that defecate on the floors & make noise but they can’t allow my baby girl that just lays around all day? 1 star.

Merit manor has its pros and cons. Parking lot is lit, makes you feel safe. There is also night security. For me there isn't much noise going on past late hours (my experience) if there is any maintenance issues majority of the time it's gets fixed that same day (depending on the issues of course) & as for the inside it is pretty decent considering it's clovis and has good location. The cons After your first year the month gets raised. There is a major roach issue on the grounds. Not necessarily inside the apartments. I did have a issue with them being inside the apartment when we first moved in (it was horrible) luckily I noticed before we moved anything in but they had their pest control come in within a week and spray our apartment and soon they went away (haven't had a issue with them being inside since(it's been 1year now) They do biannual inspections of your apartment when they come in to check any damages, fire alarms etc. which is ok I guess but such an inconvenience since they say you dont need to be present during inspection so they can enter when you're not home (because they gave a notice in advance) which I am not okay with because I have a dog and I know my dog will not be okay with any random strangers entering & I refuse to leave my dog on the patio all day while I'm at work. So I actually have to request time off on inspection days to be home & since they say they will come anytime from 8-5 it's just a hassle. I still live here but from what I heard you don't ever get your full deposit back no matter how well it's clean, not even half the deposit . They say it's because they need to pay for a deep cleaning & when someone suggested to look for a other cleaning company at lower rates so they get some more of their deposit back they said no it has to be "merit manor approved"

Very affordable for the amount of square footage. The staff is very friendly, and maintenance orders are done in a timely manner.

I love my apartment. It's very quite, and I love the pool. The management is very nice . Friendly staff and garden like settings. Great apt.

Merit Manor staff provides friendly service. They work to make sure that renters needs are met on time. They go the extra step to make renters happy. The grounds are keep clean and both pools are keep up to high standards. Quiet at night and no problems.

I lived here between 2011 and 2012. I liked that the apartments were clean and that the staff was quick to resolve any issues appliances or the thermostat. The laundry rooms were clean and in working order. This apartment was also pet friendly.

I work to much, and when I get home from work area fells like home, great place, even when I call office to replace a Light Bulb they send Maintenance right away. and Staff are very polite, they really try to understand and communicate with each resident.

Merit Manor Apts r rated #1 in Clovis, I've lived here for 3yrs and I am very happy because of the up keep of the maintenence that is constant along with the safety that is always around because of the security guards. I've never felt safe as I have here along with the staff in the office that is so ready to meet our needs. Thank God for this place.

Upon moving into Merrit manor everyone comes across a sign. It reads voted best apartments in Clovis . It only took a few months for me to realize that sign amounted to the "number one movie in America " announcement that appears on over 50 movies at a time . While the apartments provide a gym , the resources in it are few. The machines only working on occasion . The laundry room polices are a bit iffy. People move others laundry and the staff are slow to respond. The same goes for noise complaints. The scenic view is refreshing from the balconies , but at night there is a bug problem. They swarm the pavements. The apartments are good for a roof over your head but I wouldn't recommend it .
