I moved here in 2024 of October from California. I knew I wanted a 55 plus with an outdoor entrance, activities and I found exactly what I wanted at Creekside. The activity director is just amazing. The manager Brittany and maintenance Derick are always available. I certainly could not be happier.
So far I love the community, it’s clean and well taken care of,the apartment is bright, the appliances are working well,I feel I live in a safe place.
it's a comfortable place to live. The porch lights automatically come on when it gets dark and turn off the next morning when it gets light. This is a good safety and security feature.
It has been so nice and quiet. Love it here my dogs love it and I even think the squirrels love it. I see them running around out by the pool a few times. Lol
The office personnel and maintenance are very friendly and attentive. When something is broken, they are right on it. we now have games and crafts and get togethers a lot at the office complex. I have been able to get to know some of my neighbors
We loved this place when we first saw it! The fountain pond and ducks are really nice, and so is the staff. We absolutely love our neighbors!
Every newly "renovated" apartment has cupboards that are peeling and they will not fix this. Floors are really low quality and linoleum (not wood) is buckling. Rent will automatically be raised FAR above market value after one year. Rude manager. Big mistake.
