Wish I could give zero stars. Unresponsive and won't return your money.

I once shared an amazing review for this place... but that no longer applies. I had a great time living here UNTIL my apartment had MICE and the staff was not very helpful. One of my visits to the office I encountered ANOTHER resident that also had mice. I called a health inspector and he found the hole and told the office they had to do something about this by the time we moved out. Nobody ever came to do anything in that time and when we turned in our keys, they said they were still "working on it" ... almost a month and a half later?! And of course we were charged a crazy amount because we were moving out due to unhealthy living conditions. They don't care about you anymore. So much to this story... like I mentioned, it was once great. Not anymore. Just read the other reviews about how the new management is doing. I don't need anyone from the office reaching out to me within the next few days. I'm done with this situation.

We applied almost a month ago. Was told a b and c and we did all the above. I had to call them to find out we did not get approved after, getting our hopes tob!!! Stating everythjng was good. Never in my life have, I ever complained about, a company. Nor to a cooperate. Eillen was the one that, had made everything seem so promising!! I was honest from the get go and, did everything!!! Remind you now it toom a month. When they seen the report on Friday. They should have told us and NOT let us hang on like a monkey. This is bad customer service at, every angle. Linda the manager was the one, I gave everything to on fri remind you a manager. She could have said something to instead of saying. She will call you back.. I am so mad!! I hope this gets resolved.. I would like at least my money back since, a month of time was wasted!!. Thanks!!

The location is great - minutes away from Greenwood in one direction and 465 in the other. My apartment is a perfect size for me and one of the most affordable in the area. The maintenance guys are always polite and quick to respond, though the office staff isn't always the friendliest. Overall, living here has been a great experience and renewing my lease was practically a no-brainer.

I lived here for two years and it was a wonderful experiance the maintenance is outstanding and everyone in the office are very friendly.

I have lived in this complex off & on for about a decade. My husband and I decided to return to these apartments when we moved back to Indianapolis. They have always had the best sq. footage for the price, the new office staff have been helpful with any problems we had (my favorite is Barb!) and maintenance are quick to fix problems. The ponds and wooded trails give us plenty of nice walking areas for our dog. And they are beautiful views in the wintertime! Basically, this is a nice place to call home. Even for a short while. :)

With All The Crazy Things Going On In This Crazy World . When I Come Home To My Apt I Feel Safe, At The Swimming Pool Or Fishing In One Of The 7 Stocked Ponds Or Just Walking Around.

The apartments are ina great location. Friendly neighborhood, 4/5 staff. The staff is friendly and I've only had one bad experience with a washer and dryer arriving when I transferred to a bigger apartment there. My new apartment is awesome. I got the updated appliances and cabinetry and it looks fantastic. 7 stocked ponds, but no carp or anything to clear up the moss. It's on the south side of Indy. Not too close to the city, but only 10 minutes away. I haven't had a noisy neighbour yet. The staff responds quick and are eager to get you comfortable. The rent is reasonable for all the pros of the apartment. Free fishing, free outdoor pool, free fitness area, and nice neighborhood. I'm very happy with where I live.

These apartments are about average. I am thinking of moving to Charlotte NC within 3 months. It'd be nice to get a year free rent upon relocation.

I've lived here for 14 months and I have two dogs. All of the sudden my dogs bark to much and they only bark when I get home or someone is at the door. Then they never come to fix the issues with my apartment abd they say that they do. The stove and microwave are out dated.

The best advice I can give you about this community is DON’T DO IT. They will sweet talk you once you fist come into the office, but once you sign the office staff could care less about you. I have been hear over 7 years, and this new group has just been here a year or so. can’t wait to get the hel out of here. Trust me you don’t want to live here.. there are at leas 5 communities within walking distance from her, go to either of those. If you do choose to sign the line here with these people, expect to want to move withen 6 months. know that you were warned. If you are smart you will move to the next advertisement.

this apartment complex is the best! I am signing a lease for another year. They take such good care of me! Always on top of the maintenance, the pool is wonderful, the ponds are beautiful, and my dog loves his little back yard! I am so happy to have a place that covers all of my needs!
