Property Ratings at Meridian at Sutton Square
After living here for 3 years, I can easily say that the Meridian has been our favorite place to live. We unfortunately are moving as our growing family needs more space (house/yard), but wish we could continue living here for much longer. The office staff are very friendly and actually helpful, which surprisingly is hard to come by in most complexes these days. They go above and beyond, are quick to offer to help in any way they can and are always pleasant to interact with. The maintenance supervisor Dale is very quick to respond, any issue we had was addressed in a matter of a few hours and he is always polite, kind and professional. The location is optimal, close to shopping, restaurants, north hills, downtown and much more. This was the first place I've lived where there was always more than enough parking and it's all close. The pool is beautiful and never crowded. Dale gets it inspected and open at the beginning of April every year which is much earlier than anywhere else I've lived, and they keep it open through October, giving residents as much time as possible to enjoy it which we really appreciated. Our unit is very comfortably sized and has nice features. We've only had an issue with sound from upstairs neighbors once which was addressed promptly and adequately by management. The common areas are always maintained and overall, the complex has a very peaceful feel. We have come to love living here and have established relationships with many residents, a lot of whom have lived here even longer than us which I believe is a testament to the quality of life the Meridian supports. Overall, we have nothing negative to say except that we are sad to leave but already have plans to return to visit our neighbors soon! would recommend the Meridian at Sutton Square to anyone that is looking for a safe, high quality, quiet and welcoming community to live in.
Loud amplified music can be heard from 6pm to 12 midnight at Saints Scholars including karaoke singing If you are looking for a quiet residence this is not the place.. if you like party atmosphere then yes

The walls are paper thin, Dog hair everywhere, Animals urinate in the hallways and in front of the main entrance. Horrible Management
Meridian at Sutton Square is a beautiful residential community for all age groups. I have been here for 9 months now and love how friendly everybody is in this community, right from the staff and maintenance to the residents and even their pets! The community has play areas for pets and also a pet spa. Any maintenance issue is immediately attended to and the staff leaves a lovely note behind saying what they've worked on. The location of this community is very convenient, with all grocery stores (Harris Teeter, The Fresh Market etc.), lots of eateries in and around the community. You also have Fedex, UPS, and USPS very close by. Staying at Meridian is worth every penny. Comes highly recommended.

have been here since the day it opened and I can say it was worth the wait!! The grounds are clean, the staff is always helpful, and The Cares Team is absolutely awesome. I would stay here a few more years if I didn't want a house!

My husband and I just relocated down to Raleigh from NYC and we’re so happy we picked Meridian at Sutton Square. From start to finish Karry from the management team went over and above to make our move tremendously smooth and easy! She was very attentive, available and was more than happy to quickly answer all of our questions. She made our move an absolute breeze (esp since we moved in without physically seeing the place). It was bcs of her help and assistance that we ultimately picked Meridian as the winner! We couldn’t be more pleased with the apartment itself and the buildings amenities. The location is awesome as you have everything you need in walking distance from the complex. Everyone we’ve come in contact with is super friendly, which is just another added plus. Highly recommend the building as everything has surpassed our expectations.....which were high to begin with.

I have lived at Meridian at Sutton Square for the past 7 months and have had a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, the facilities are clean, and the apartments are very well maintained. Maintenance responds immediately to any request I make. To be honest I've only had to make 2 maintenance requests since I've been here and both were handled well and with a smile. My favorite part of living here are the fun events they put on each month. I've made so many wonderful friends here.
Extremely thin walls, maintence issues often, pit bulls with no leashes and lots of barking dogs. Neighbors constantly jumping up and down. It shakes the things in the kitchen.

Living at Meridian at Sutton Square has been an incredible experience! The office staff has been extremely accommodating, they know all the residents by name and they truly care about us. There are always resident events that are a ton of fun and a great place to meet your neighbors! Every maintenance request is always answered unbelievably quickly and they are always fixed! And not to mention the amenities are beautiful! This has been hands down the best apartment living experience I've ever had.
