The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Meridia On Westfield
Noise travels to the point that it is disruptive. A solution owners found to try to minimize the issue, was to include in the rental agreement a clause that requires tenants to pay for and install rugs that must cover at least 70% of the apartment floors. So, if you love the hard wood floors, know that you will not get to enjoy them. Halls smell like weed. If you rent a parking spot outside anybody can take it, and people will.
This building looks nice along with nice features inside the apartments however it is so cheaply constructed… looks deceive! You can literally hear a pin drop through the walls. The A/C units are loud and hardly function. Fire alarms are at least a monthly occurrence along with malfunctioning elevators. Noisy neighbors won’t happen for everyone but if they do, forget anything being done about it… management is useless. One good attribute is that the cleaning staff is spectacular!
If you work from home, have kids, or simply sleep past 7 AM, half of the building is exposed to terrible heavy machinery noises that last ALL DAY 6 days a week and it is impossible to drown out. Nothing is worth this fun feature.
Stay away this place is horrible and overpriced everything is cheap and management is unprofessional to say the least
Too expensive for what you get... at first glance, the apartments look nice... but the fire alarms go off ALL THE TIME and they're loud enough to wake the dead, all the fixtures and appliances are cheap and constantly break, management constantly texts you about complaints, etc. yet never answer when you call them, very unhelpful. Walls are very thin, so in the middle of the night I can hear people running down the hall while I'm trying to sleep. Elevators barely work and are super slow, one day someone's going to get stuck. Parking is terrible, street traffic is annoying, and paying an extra $100 to be able to park in the garage does not help - last big rain storm half of the cars got totaled because the building flooded. Just a cheap mess and the rent is ridiculous.
If you are comfortable living in a college dorm that constantly has dog poop or urine on the ground, wreaks of marijuana, has fire alarms at least 5 times a month, broken elevators, broken parking garage doors, stolen packages, incompetent management, regular building flooding, horrible WiFi, incorrect billing statements, broken gym equipment, daily spam notifications from the building, awful water pressure, reckless residents who trash the building, building refusing to tow cars in your assigned/paid parking spot, constant construction noises, and cheap fixtures that break regularly; then this is the place for you! The second you sign your lease you are entirely on your own. Not a single staff member will EVER answer your calls, return your voicemails, or respond to emails. The only people who do their jobs are the cleaning and maintenance staff. I cannot speak highly enough about how nice and hardworking the cleaning and maintenance staff is. On top of all of my previously listed complaints, this was the most poorly organized and executed move out I’ve ever experienced.
