Mercury Noda

The Mercury Noda is a great apt bldg, my husband and I love it here. The bldg is quiet and clean with beautiful apts and great amenities. Justine, Kaytee and Bree in the Leasing Office are exceptional, always ready to help and go above and beyond.

I’ve absolutely loved my experience at Mercury NoDa! The amenities, especially the pool, are top-notch, and the location is perfect. The community here is welcoming and supportive, making it feel like home. The staff does an excellent job of planning community events and getting to know all the residents. I’ve made some of my best friends here! Highly recommend!

This complex is great. Staff is fabulous and the tenants that i have met are very friendly. Love our gatherings. If you are looking for a great spot to live, this is it.

I think Mercury Noda is a great location and it has a lot of access to the Noda community, but the department itself could use some updates.

Mercury NoDA is an exceptional place to call home, thanks to its welcoming staff and dedicated maintenance team. The property is beautifully maintained, giving it a resort-like atmosphere. I genuinely appreciate every aspect of living here, and I eagerly plan to renew my lease because my experience has been fantastic, particularly due to the incredible staff.

I love this complex. The staff is super friendly; everyone in each department is truly incredible. They host 3 events monthly, and I look forward to attending every time.

My wife and I enjoyed our tour at Mercury. Justine was extremely friendly and quickly made us feel right at home. She addressed all of our hesitations about the location and provided us with a great recommendation for lunch afterwards. The location is great if you want to be in the center of a very social neighborhood.

The minute I found Mercury in Noda, I fell in love!!! And it just got better from there! I moved in a few weeks ago and everything has been nothing short of incredible! The staff is absolutely wonderful, Donyea and Justine in the leasing office are angels, the people in the community are really nice, as well as the amenities that are offered, and just the overall area!! I've been really happy here... 5 stars for sure!

Mercury is set in the perfect location for NoDa. Walking distance to bars and train can’t be beat. The style and amenities of Mercury are nice as well. However, the best part of it all is the staff, specifically Leighton. She’s extremely helpful and friendly. We’ll spend a few minutes chatting whenever I grab a package. Whenever I need help with my apartment, I know she’ll get working on it immediately. I just resigned my lease, and a good chunk of the reason for that was the staff.

Fantastic location and run by a great staff. Leighton always helped us out with whatever we needed. Sad to be moving on.

I came here from Boston and was initially apprehensive about moving to Charlotte, but when Alexis told me this was the best neighborhood in town I locked in the apartment. Moved here and it’s been incredible. It’s in the heart of the neighborhood with many amenities, a pool, and great people. Best spot in the city folks.

I lived at the Merc in Noda for 3+ years. What makes this place great is the staff, no seriously. The location is fantastic but living there is great because the staff cares about their residents. Working with Wendy and Leighton King during my stay; they showed real care for their tenants. Leighton and Wendy went above and beyond for me on several occasions. If you are looking for great place to stay with a personable and caring staff...look no further. -David

I toured this apartment complex today and loved it!! Seems like such a great property to live in, with an amazing location! Leighton was who helped me out today and she’s OUTSTANDING. Such a welcoming person with amazing energy. This place became #1 on my apartment search for sure.

Leighton King took the time to show us a couple of apartments and was able to answer all of our questions. Since my daughter will be living there, she spoke directly to her, which made my daughter happy. Happy daughter=Happy Dad. She never once made us feel rushed and was very pleasant to work with.

Took a tour with Leighton and she is awesome! She spent a lot of time showing me different leasing options that fit my budget and needs. Definitely the best “future tenant” experience without a doubt!

I just moved in a few weeks ago and have already been to two community events! Leighton did an amazing job pulling everything together. She also introduced me to people. Love getting to meet my new neighbors!

One of my favorite aspects of the apartment complex have been the community events. They take place usually 2-3 times a month. Leighton, the assistant manager, has done an amazing job planning and executing these events. I've been able to meet the other residents, and sometimes we do activities like painting and watching movies. I can't wait for more awesome events!

We are relocating from Asheville to Charlotte NC as my husband found a great job near the area. I will begin by saying I’m partially disabled and could not actually visit the apartment complex in person whilst my husband was away working. When I called to ask for information about the apartments,I had the most fortunate luck that Ju’Rod answered the phone. From the first time speaking to him he was beyond kind, professional, helpful and just a joy to speak with. I was looking at several other apartments in the Noda area as well but it wasn’t the incredible location, beautiful apartments nor the great amenities at the Mercury Noda that helped us to make our decision. It was Ju’Rod and his willingness to take videos, answer every question and him going way above and beyond, to help us find the apartment we needed and wanted. I also spoke to someone else in the leasing office and she was a pleasure to deal with as well. They made us feel certain and secure that this was the place we wanted to call our new home. I can’t thank Ju’Rod or the others at MN enough. We are so excited about the move and starting an exciting new chapter in our lives.I believe home is where the heart is and we’ve found the most incredible new home.??????

Incompetent management. We moved out in Sept after having lived here since the building was originally opened. I had to call corporate because the management threatened to send me to collections for something I didn’t owe. We actually paid $3500 penalty to break our lease to move a mile down the road. Our move out bill they said our reason for leaving was that we bought a house which was not true. Looks like they’re trying to cover up why people are leaving. We definitely left due to the poor management. We loved the community when Christine and Keenan were there but the new management was nothing but a nightmare.

I’ve lived in many apartments and Mercury is by far my favorite. The floor plan is perfect and there’s so much to do in the neighborhood. Love it!

Mercury Noda is an amazing apartment community. My boyfriend and I just relocated from out of state. Keenan and Kristine have both been super helpful and accommodating in helping us get settled and address any concerns we had with our transition. We moved into a two bedroom and it is very spacious with great detailing and the closet space is amazing! The staff is also very involved with the resident community. I love that there is at least weekly events scheduled for residents whether it’s Monday evening classes in the gym or even just to gather for a quick drink in the clubhouse. The location is perfect as the light rail just opened across the street, I can get to work uptown in under 20 minutes. I highly recommend Mercury Noda apartments!

I have recently moved into the Mercury. And I have to say that I love it! The facility is top notch, the amenities are fantastic. Beautiful pool and club room area. A nice community, with regular social events to help get to know your neighbors. But I have to say, my absolute favorite part of this experience has been how helpful the staff is. Kristine, and Keenan have been absolute angels! Any problem or concern that we have had, they have gone above and BEYOND, to make this entire experience a pleasure. As anyone knows. Moving can be one of the most stressful situations. And the staff here have always helped in every facet. I truly appreciate all that Kristine and Keenan have done to make this a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this facility and it’s staff, to anyone looking to relocate to the amazing NoDa area!

I have lived at Mercury NoDa for a year and a half and I can’t imagine ever leaving. I LOVE everything about my apartment... After experiencing crime in my previous neighborhood, I wanted to find a safe, controlled access building with high end features & finishes. I looked online for an apartment in NoDa because I wanted to be near good energy, a diverse community and bustling nightlife. I found Mercury NoDa online and once I saw the photos, features & location, I was hooked! I came by the temp leasing office in June 2016 (they opened officially just 2mos earlier in April) told Kristine exactly what I wanted, and she said there was 1 left! She showed me one of the model units...and then I walked out of the office that day after reserving my new home! I didn’t visit any other apartment communities because MN had everything I wanted. It was my first and last apartment visit! :) The management has been beyond incredible and Kristine is an amazing Manager. If I have any issues or questions, she and the rest of the MN team take care of it immediately. Their service is impeccable. I couldn’t be happier living at Mercury NoDa. My plan is to make it my forever home!

This was my first apartment in Charlotte, and I got so lucky! The location is incredible - very walkable for those that like to go for strolls with their dogs/friends/family. Adorable craftsmen homes and great character to admire. It's walking distance to great coffee shops, music venues and restaurants. There's two grassy areas nearby that are great for dogs. In fact, the whole neighborhood is dog friendly! The apartment and building itself are well built. The appliances are all brand new, the walls and floors are thick to make it harder to hear your neighbors on all sides. The amenities are top notch - great pool, great gym and awesome lounge. But the best part of the building is the staff. The apartments are expensive, not gonna lie, but you get GREAT service in return. They're friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful. No matter the incident or time of day, they were always keeping us updated on things. If the elevators were down, if a door was broken, issues in the garage, fires, etc. There was a fire one day while I was at work and unable to make it home in time to get my dog who was in my apartment alone. I kid you not, they went upstairs into my apartment and pulled her out from under the couch to keep her safe. The higher price in rent was worth it just for that!

While I've only lived in Mercury NoDa for a couple of weeks, I can tell you that I'm already in love with this place. The entire staff is amazing and extremely helpful. I worked with Danielle to find the right model apartment that worked for me, and despite being a "tad" indecisive, Danielle was very patient and fantastic to work with. She was responsive to all my emails and made the move very easy and welcoming. Obviously, no place is perfect, but this is by far one of the best apartments I've found in the Charlotte area.
