Property Ratings at Mequon Trail Townhomes
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Aratamert Mequon Trail Townhomes. Here’s a summary of the ordeal: We scheduled a tour through Apartments website on Friday and received a confirmation email on Tuesday, assuring us that we were expected at the appointed time. However, when we called on Friday to confirm, the person we spoke with was not only unprepared but also unprofessional. She mentioned they were all busy and reluctantly offered to "try" to see us at 12:45 PM, which wasn't our originally scheduled time. Despite having received a confirmation email, it became apparent that our appointment was never entered into their system. This lack of coordination meant that had we shown up, no one would have been there to meet us. The person on the phone also started collecting information and informed us that English Bulldogs were prohibited. This was shocking since our dog weighs only 28 pounds and there is no jurisdiction where English Bulldogs are banned. This restriction seemed baseless and arbitrary. The entire interaction was the most unprofessional I’ve ever experienced with a leasing agent. Given that we were in the market for luxury apartments, this encounter made it clear that this complex is not suitable for anyone seeking professionalism, prompt communication, and well-maintained apartments. In retrospect, I'm relieved we didn't proceed further. After reading other reviews, it's evident that this complex does not cater to those looking for a professional and responsive management team or a clean living environment.

I like the location and love the lay out of my rental unit. These units are getting pretty dated, and I think the rent is getting a little too high. Maybe I'm just getting priced out of Mequon. Love that it is such an animal/dog friendly community. I plan to stay here as long as I can afford it.

For the most part, we enjoy living at the Mequon Trailhomes. The only real issue we have had is with maintenance. Otherwise we are very pleased.

Mequon Trail is a good environment close to nature and an open neighborhood for walking dogs and after, or morning walks. Though management and maintenance aren't what they used to be, the apartment still keeps the units relatively clean and free of major issues.

I love living here because I have my own garage, my own entrance. It’s centrally located. Things are repaired in a very timely manner . Management is great to work with & communicate with. Neighbors are friendly
When I saw Mequon Trail Townhomes for the first time online, I assumed it was a scam. The price range was significantly lower than any other 2 bed apartment in Mequon. After touring, talking with the amazing staff, and moving in, I can say that Mequon Trail Townhomes is the best apartment complex I have lived at in my life. My boyfriend and I graduated a year ago, and I am pleasantly surprised with the community feel of the townhomes. As soon as we moved in, this community felt like a home (even my cat loved the apartment immediately). It may not have the newest appliances, but if you are looking at starting a family or expanding from a traditional apartment, this is the place to go.

We love living here, the accommodations are great, we value the big garage, and the patio door is great for the fur baby. Everyone on the staff makes living here simple and easy. They address and concerns and the maintenance team is always in communication to accommodate our schedules. We plan on staying for another year.
I am a retired senior with a few health issues. This home is the best home I've had in 50 years. Beautiful grounds excellent maintenance friendly personal great amenities. I've never been more relaxed and comfortable.

Today is my 6th year living at Mequon Trails. Its a great place to live. We had some office personal changes a couple years ago with some hiccups.but today all is well. A shout out to the Maintenance Crew who are always so quick to help and are very friendly and work very hard! Thank you all!

Overall good apartment complex. Layout is decent and will accommodate most family. I enjoy the balance of a city and nature scenery. The location is also good for quick also to shopping and the freeway. Mequon is a wonderful community with a good education system.
I have been living at Mequon Trail Townhomes since selling my home. I thought it would be a short term situation but I like it so much that years later I am still here.
I absolutely love living here. I've been here for a year and resigned the lease. The maintenance has always been very very good. And I really enjoy the atmosphere and the landscaping and everything is done in a top-level experience. I've only had one issue with one maintenance guy otherwise everything has been top-notch

Mequon Trails Townhouse is a good community with great location, everything close to you within 5-10 min driving. Alison is awesome, helpful staff in helping us looking for the right unit, fast process paperwork as well as give us a lot of useful information about community around. Rate 5 stars.
Overall, Mequon Trails is a decent place to live. I'm not sure who made the decision to increase rent during a pandemic, but that surely doesn't give the feeling that the residents are treasured. The office manager is great and will work with you. Some updating is needed, but it is a safe place to live
