My new neighbors leave trash outside their door for days! It stinks! My neighbors upstairs are horribly loud and antagonize me on a daily basis no peace and quiet! Motorcycles get left by our doors, so i guess my review is not greatt!!! Its 10:30 pm and kids are running back and forth upstairs. The office staff do know the circumstances but as usual nothing gets done! They are friendly!
A/C is always going out, I'm on the second floor and water heater has leaked from the unit above me 3 times and now there is now mold and all they did was spray bleach! Car vandalism is so bad! happens multiple times a month. They are stealing vehicles, breaking the windows, slashing tires. If you want to be able to sleep peaceful at night this is not the place for you. The office manage will not cut you a break on rent, they refused to get over night security. They will say they do but it's just a notice complaint line that only shows up when you call sometimes! Lets not forget people in the apartments are up at all times of the night and you can hear them clear as day through the walls. The gate is always broken! There are no speed bumps so cars are always speeding through the parking lot. The list could go on for days, but let's end this on a positive note the inside of the apartments are nice.
The Manchaca commons apartment's is great place to live. because they also count with the commendation for the family like great park for the kid to play, they have a swimming pole, they have a gym for anyone that lives in the apartment to workout, pet friendly and the apartment's are comfortable to live.
I really love my apartment it Is so spacious! It is a process when getting approved, the ladies in the office are very helpful and kind
I did an application and paid my fee over three weeks ago and still haven’t heard anything in regards to my application. I been calling everyday but no one will answer the phone or respond back to my emails. I finally got a hold of someone and asked her about my application and the lady hung up on me after I gave her my name. I called back but no response. It’s been over a weeks now and she still haven’t received a called back or response back to my emails.
