Meadowview Apartments

Don’t move here! They’re infested with mice & roaches ! They don’t care about their residents. Never answer calls & have to pay for pest control they don’t even provide EVERY MONTH. That is ridiculous. Stove keeps going out. I recommend this place to no one seriously. Give your coins somewhere else. It’s needs to be tore down. If I could give zero stars I would. No one should have to live like this.

They overcharge like crazy. My rent including the few things they do offer is at least $100 less than what I'm charged, you have to try to decline the $90/month cable charge before you ever sign the lease or you get stuck with it even if you never use it, there's mice, roaches, spiders, gnats, and other bugs everywhere no matter how clean you have your apartment. The carpet doesn't reach all the walls so it's hard to clean/avoid bugs. My floor has had glue coming through the cracks even after months of living here, there's water damage since before I ever moved in, my AC broke and for 3 weeks I didn't live there but was still expected to pay the full month's rent. The communication is horrendous and you can never get ahold of someone unless you physically walk into the office and that's only IF someone is even there. Overall I've never had such a bad experience living somewhere especially for the amount I'm expected to pay every month.

EVERYTHING is breaking and falling apart and they refuse to fix anything and overcharge!!!!!! Do not live here, there are cockroaches, mold, and poorly maintained!!!!

I just paid rent my bathroom flooded and kitchen flooded as well after maintenance attempted to fix the issue

Just listen to the reviews this place is honestly just a waste of your time the place is not what they make it seem in the pictures and the management is horrible you try to talk to them and they don't even answer your question. We had applied for the apartments and then got denied cause of "income" which was stupid because we make more then enough and when we call to ask about this they switch it up saying it was credit which was also not the case. Just look for other apartments so i asked for my refund on my deposit and they won't give it back if i could rate it 0 starts i definitely would.

This is the worst place to live. They don't address your concerns. They say you haven't paid rent when you did. I keep all my receipts. So I suggest u do the same. There is an infestation of mice and I have the pictures to prove it. They don't wanna fix anything either, but charge you for everything.

A few things you should know before moving here. There are no phone jacks, there are no cable lines. That will cost you hundred to get installed. The plumping is terrible. The cost of the apartment is cheap but when you factor in all the utilities gas, electric, water and washer & dryer you could live somewhere nicer for the same price.

I love Mrs Latricia for all her help! I had sooooo many questions and she did NOT have me feel like she was irritated. She went out of her way for me and my daughter! I've lived her for the past three years. Two years in a 2 bedroom and one at the 3 bedroom. Initially I loved this place because the rent was decent and it was located in a somewhat safe area. Then they added fencing, grills and a little shelter near the playground that has not benches or anything. The bench near the playground has been broken for the past two years. The trash is everywhere. The people have started to park crazy because we know need to have a sticker so it really sucks when you are trying to leave in the morning for work and someone is blocking the way because they parked how they did on the street. They continue to raise the prices for this apt but it does not seem like the price rise is worth staying or renting. Also due to the parking situation, some times the trash people are not able to pick up the trash and we suffer because now the bin is full and the people don't care.

I first moved in and the staff treated me real good, and I like my apartment. I haven't had any problems since I been here and I like the way the apartments are hooked up and remodeled.

The apartments are very nice to live in, they clean up the property nice now and I really like my home, they remodeled all the homes out here so it looks better.

I moved from out of state not knowing what to expect. I am very happy in my new home. The staff was very courteous and helpful in getting me all that I needed to be able to move in right away when I got to Virginia. Great experience!!!

Meadow View Townhomes has been such a great start for my little family. I dont even know where to start! It was such an easy process. They staff was so friendly from the get go. When I walked into the office they staff stood up and greeted me I then met up with me leasing agent and they started the process. I have been here for about a month now and have had no problems at all. I enjoy the leasing team and when I have a problem with my house someone is there fast to fix the issue. The townhouse is great. I love the floors they are so easy to clean, there is also a washer and dryer in my unit. How handy is that. If I had to do it all again I would pick Meadow View!!

They come up with stupid reasons why your account is delinquent then puts a simple letter on your door after they close the office so you can't talk to anyone. They have me a note today the 23rd friday and says I have until the 25th Sunday to pan or late fees apply. But they can't talk to me about it until 26th Monday???? There management is a joke!!!! Don't rent here no matter how many months you get free!!

Been here for a few months and haven't had any major issues. The smaller issues such as replacing an air filter, or replacing a stove bulb has been handle extremely fast. The management always calls after to make sure that everything has been completed with satisfaction. Both of the property management and the maintenance team is very professional and courteous. my neighbors are nice, and neighborhood is quiet. It is also nice that the school is right across the street, and the apartment came with a washer and dryer for this affordable price. Tiffany A.

I HATE THIS COMPLEX AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO MY WORST ENEMY! ANYTIME I CALLED THE OFFICE WITH A QUESTION, AMBER THE SITE MANAGER IS USUALLY THE ONE TO ANSWER AND ALWAYS COMES ACROSS AS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION, FELL ON HARD TIMES, WENT TO BRING THEM MORE THAN HALF THE BALANCE, AND THEY REFUSED TO TAKE IT. HAD TO CALL NUMEROUS TIMES TO PUT IN NUMEROUS WORK ORDERS, THE RUDE OFFICE STAFF TAKE THE INFO AND TELL YOU THEY HAVE 72 HOURS TO RESPOND. REALLY... I HAD NO RUNNING WATER, TOOK MAINTENANCE THREE HOURS TO GET TO MY ORDER. ON THE ONE HAND MAINTENANCE WAS ALWAYS NICE AND UNDERSTANDING, EVEN AGREED THAT LACK OF RUNNING WATER WAS AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED AS A PRIORITY! BUT THE BEST PART IS THE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT OF NEWLY RENOVATED APARTMENTS...GET REAL! THEY LAID A PEEL AND STICK, WOOD IMITATION LOOK ON THE FLOORS AND CALLED THEM HARDWOOD! REPAINTED WALLS, CABINETS, AND COUNTER TOP IN THE KITCHEN AND CALLED IT GRANITE! BUT WHAT TOOK THE CAKE, WAS WHEN MY APARTMENT WAS INVADED BY ROACHES AND MICE FROM THEM "REMODELING," THE APARTMENT NEXT DOOR. THEY SENT OUT NOTICES, WITH SPECIFIC DATES ON WHEN INSPECTIONS AND PEST CONTROL WOULD BE AT YOUR DOOR.... TOOK THEM 2 WEEKS PAST THE DATE OF INSPECTION TO SHOW,& NEVER BOTHERED TO COME AND CORRECT THE PEST PROBLEM. THIS PROPERTY IS RATCHET AND UNPROFESSIONAL, LIKE I SAID I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I was really please with my 3 bedroom remodeled townhouse here at Meadow Views. I love the fact that it has hard wood floors and carpet in it with a lot more perks such as a new washer an dryer an lights in every room that's a plus. The neighbors friendly, and neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I also like the quick response that I receive back from the team here at Meadow View to any concerns of mine. I look forward to having a great up coming year in my nice townhome here at Meadow View.

The new owners/management seem like they really care, and they are making some nice changes. New roofs, new windows, remodeling units, new playground equipment. This all started in Jan 2015 and this place will be completely different (for the better) in the very near future. I love the new manager, Tabitha!

The whole layout is very nice,the hard wood floors are wonderful, I really like the 4bedrooms a lot of space I love what they have done with the place it looks good, I give it a thumb up, :-)

I mean, where do I start?? Just say no! They are raggedy, they don't fix anything, roach infested, bad pluming, and the list goes on. They don't fix anything but want their rent every month, these apartments should be tore down ASAP!!!
