The Meadows offers a pleasant resort-style living environment near major stores but tucked into a quiet highway bend. The units provide great square footage for the price, and the garages offer plenty of storage space. The gym is well-suited for all but the most dedicated power lifters. Very happy with picking the Meadows.

I’m extremely pleased with The Meadows at Homeplace. Second time living here and hope to never leave again. Apartments are kept up as long as the residents put in a work order for problems. Quiet and off the beaten path but close to shopping, restaurants and parks. In my opinion the apartments are pricey.

The staff is wonderful here that includes maintenance however the appliances are outdated and the dog park is in need of maintenance.

Our experience communicating with the Meadows at Home Place staff was efficient and professional. Everything the office manager said she would do, she did. I did not have to track her down for answers to questions; she was extremely responsive to our desires and needs. The location, the space, the design, and safety protocols of well lit parking lots, door steps and stairwells all met our expectations. Safe, friendly and well kept community!

The Meadows at HomePlace is an excellent apartment community. The apartments are very comfortable. Ive actually lived in a one, two and three bedroom apartment here. The pool area and the fitness room are also very nice.
Great place to live that's in a good area, has great amenities, and friendly staff.
Basically stress-free living at this complex. Both the office and maintenance staffs are quick to respond to issues/requests referred to them.
