Property Ratings at MeadowPark
A little to high priced. Lanes are narrow to drive in. There is only one way in or out.
The most frustrating part of living her is that the property manager is never in her office when she is supposed to be. I can understand stepping out for a minute or two (or even an hour sometimes) but if I have to check back every hour everyday and just hope that I'll catch you sometime in a blue moon then something is wrong. The other problem is that they never unforced rules. If you complain about something all they do is write a blanket letter to everyone and tape them to our doors. Nothing is ever done about it. People park where they are not supposed to all the time and they are constantly "warned" that they will be towed but they never follow through so the rules are broken all the time.
