The security deposit required is equal to one month's rent, with residents responsible for electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis. Trash service is included. Meadowood Apartments is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a refundable pet deposit, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets.
