Never disappointed…. Happy to call this my home here at meadowland !!!!

Meadowland is one of the few communities that listens to its residents. Management is very friendly, and the rent is affordable,the customer service-priceless.

The maintenance team is excellent and efficient. They do a great job.

I plan on renewing our lease. Everyone is kind. Rent pricing is reasonable given the location. Our unit is everything I was expecting and more. I'd recommend Meadowland. Just be wary of the shooting range noise.

We have been staying here at Meadowland apartment for 10 years and we love it here. The staff members are great and the maintenance team are the best. The building and the location is also the perfect place for us.

I love this apartment it’s very spacious and the living room is big I love the storage space in the back patio I also love the fact that is has two bathrooms and a washer and dryer in the units it also comes with a dishwasher so I don’t have to wash my dishes by hand I love the fact that the manager is polite and respectful and she returns emails and calls in a timely manner very sweet and nice she tells you the whole run down about everything wish is very good all managers don’t do that it’s a very quiet place no noise at all you can hear a pen if it drops I couldn’t ask for any better apartment and the Maintence is on top of any request u put in if not they will explain it over the phone so you can understand as well love it here this is where you can call home

Their voicemail says 'peaceful community'. It is the opposite. One would think I'm referring to the gun range right behind us, which is assuredly very loud, but one can almost get used to those pops. I am referring to the people who live here. I have been verbally assaulted on multiple occasions, even in front of my young son. There is also one neighbor who insists on walking up and down in front of all the apartments, pulling an enormous speaker, blasting music. I have asked him to turn it down. I have seen other neighbors do so as well. He yells at us to say it's his right, and continues yelling at whoever addresses him. If he's not yelling at one of us, he's yelling at himself. I have notified management of the verbal harassment and the public nuisance. Nothing has been done. Trust me, you DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE.

My wife and I have lived here for 5 years. We are very happy with the level of service we have received. The appartments have changed hands but maintained their service. Our repair requests have been addressed in a timely manner, and resolved without a hassle. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a moderately priced housing solution.

Andre did amazing from showing the apartment to get the paperwork done and then walking me through it . Also after I moved in He and John made sure that all any maintenance concerns I had were fixed immediately. They had REDONE the apartments from the appliances to carpet and floors.

I was very impressed with the follow up on my move in Laura did with us. I'm so happy we choose to live here, so far the neighbors seem really nice too!

I've lived here 2 years now and overall the place is really nice, Andre is quick to respond if there's any issues, John's great at making sure things get done right the first time and Chris makes sure the place stays clean. It's definitely a place to look into

I just want to say how amazing Andre has been! I had some issues with mold in the apartment and he was so helpful and very kind for working with me to make sure it was getting taken care, he has been so friendly and professional! I was super stressed and he definitely noticed and made sure to keep telling me he has it covered and I don't need to worry at all! Any questions I have had he has given straight up answers and has been extremely patient with me!

My husband and myself vied the property today, very clean grounds and spacious units. Assistant manager Andre was very nice and did great on explaining the application process and touring of units available. looking forward to possibly calling Meadowland our new home.

I live down the street from this apartment complex and over the past two years the management has really let the property go downhill. There's a ton of abandoned vehicles, A LOT of trash on both sides of the street that's never picked up and I've also heard they're very unresponsive. There's a dilapatated fence on Powell Butte Pkwy and Naegeli and again more trash. These apartments used to be nice but this clearly changed. Also at least two tenants have had their vehicles stolen.

Lived here for over a year. Management is horrible and non existent. Even the property manager's supervisor will not return a call. Siding of apartments looks like mold growing all over it. Gutters falling off the buildings, rain just comes blasting down on your patio. Buildings are so dirty. Moss growing on the roofs. Place is in such a mess. I honestly don't know how I lasted a year there. Not worth anything over 700 a month at best. Good Luck if you choose this place.
