Not exactly what you bargained for...
We rent a 2 bed 2 bath unit on the 2nd floor of a three story complex. The positives are: a roof, parking, & central location. Negatives: Constant water shut- offs, non-stop repairs and LOUD! Power tools aside- Airbnb visitors will keep you awake.
