Meadow Vistas is a completely accessible, affordable apartment community in Avon Lake. Operated by Maximum Accessible Housing of Ohio (MAHO), Meadow Vistas consists of two ranch-style buildings with 12 units each (2 two-bedroom and 10 one-bedroom). There is a laundry room and trash room in each building. This community is designed for independent living; MAHO does not provide meals, transportation, personal care services, emergency response services, shopping, housekeeping, furnishings, etc. The tenant, either alone or with assistance, is responsible for obtaining these and any other needed services. There is a verification of physical mobility disability through our application process. Rent is subsidized through HUD and income limits apply. Call for more information.
