This entertainment-filled home is perfect for families, groups, and memory-making getaways. The main level features a large living room with a comfy sectional, chairs, and a Smart TV. The recently remodeled kitchen boasts an island with seating, modern appliances, and a fully stocked coffee bar with coffee, syrups, sugar, and creamer provided. The dining room seats 8, with an additional bar-top for 2 overlooking the game room, which offers a pool table, bar with barware, record player, and Smart TV. Upstairs, you'll find the primary suite with a king bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are also three additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and Smart TV, another with a twin-over-full bunk bed and Smart TV, and a third with a queen bed and twin trundle, also with a Smart TV. A hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo is available. The basement is a kids' paradise, featuring seating, a Smart TV, a Nintendo Wii with 3 games, a multi-game table with foosball, ping pong, and air hockey, and a built-in climbing wall with cushioned mats. A laundry room is available for guest use in a separate basement space. A fully fenced yard provides space for outdoor play or relaxing evenings. Max 2 dogs are welcome with a $125 flat fee, and requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Located directly across the street from the Lake Erie shoreline and walking paths, this home is minutes away from Miller Road Park and Veterans Memorial Park. Enjoy the charm of downtown Avon Lake shops, dining, and cafes, with easy access to Cleveland, Cedar Point, and area beaches. This is a strictly no-parties home, with zero exceptions. Any unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation and immediate vacating without a refund, including no refunds on unused nights. Cleanup related to a party or gathering will incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside, as excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is a $500 fine for smoking inside the house; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking or drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if the property is equipped with a grill; receipts will be reimbursed. For charcoal grills, guests must bring their own charcoal. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival, offering either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
