The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Meadow View Landing
During my tour of this property, before I moved in, Office management (Andre) informed me that bed bug infestations do not exist at this property; Yet my apartment has required continuous bed bug treatments since OCTOBER (and I still find live ones now, mid December). This week, we informed the office (Andre) that we are still finding live bed bugs and he said he would book more bed bug treatments, but Orkin denies he ever called to book. Twice, Andre booked bed bug treatment then wasn't on site to allow the Orkin employees entry into the apartments the tenants were asked to vacate in order to receive that days treatment. I feel unsafe and extremely unhappy living at Meadow View Landing. I am an 83 year old woman BEGGING for help to get this issue resolved so I can live in peace. This property has "frequent" and "continuous" bed bug infestations according to Orkin and the Department of Public Health employee that I spoke to. I want to live in a safe environment where management cares about their tenants and wants to provide housing free of bed bugs.
It's hard to ask for a better location. I am close to many restaurants and doctor's offices.
