Meadow View is one of the best apartment complexes that we have ever rented from. The staff and maintenance crew are professional and friendly and always responsive in a timely manner. This is a very nice and peaceful area to live in and raise a family in.

At first I was frustrated as I can never et someone on the phone. Brittany told me to email and communicate through text. After that I have been able to get a response about my concerns. The office is very busy, however all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I appreciate Brittany and maintenance for taking care of my issue asap. The property is nice and the location is great.

Despite my bad experiences when I initially moved in. I must say that the property has improved. The gates stays close now, until recently. I express my issues and they are taking care of. I finally met the manager and she is really sweet and down to earth. I appreciate her being honest about repairs and what she can and cannot do. Her honesty and communication made me stay along with my apartment. I actually love my apartment and the location.

This place and it's staff went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciate the manager and how she went out her way and gave me other options. Her willingness to walk me to other units to make sure I got what I wanted was definitely one of the reason I chose to move here. The apartments are spacious and the staff are straight up about what they can do instead of selling a story.

This property has great management and a convenient location. Prompt response to maintenance requests and concerns. The apartments are nice and has really wonderful amenities. I have been here for years before covid and they have been very helpful through the pandemic.

This is great apartment complex. I read reviews and was indecisive about scheduling. I drove by and the apartment was nice and looked quiet. I was able to tour several apartments. The leasing lady was not in, but the manager toured me and showed me several apartments. All were nice. She even scheduled me for a tour at the other property next door. You don't find people with that type of customer service anymore. I appreciate how she made me feel that I mattered and what I wanted mattered. The place is not what I read, I applied and waiting
I was tired and frustrated when I arrived for scheduled tour. I already was ready to go before I started. I was greeted by a beautiful lady. She was coming in when I was walking in the door. Another lady was at the desk talking and more was sitting in lobby. I was about to walk out. The same lady who came in with me, followed me out and ask was everything taken care of in passing. I told her no. She stopped in her steps and asked how she could help. Long story short, I was toured, I fell in love with apartments and the customer service was exceptional. I end up applying for apartment the same day.
The people in the office were very professional. The manager took us on the tour due to the leasing lady not feeling well. She was so knowledgeable of the apartments, and the styles of the floor. She showed us two apartments. She was nice and really easy to talk to and express what we really wanted. My boyfriend is really picky and she was able to meet his needs after the second tour. The property was nice and clean.
I love this place. I am moving next month. I am relocating to Georgia from Alabama. I was amazed at the customer service the manager and the office staff gave me and my mom. They were welcoming and made me feel at home. The manager talked with my mom during the tour. She was so cool and made my mom feel better about me moving. I really appreciate the people and my apartment is so roomy. I am on the third floor. The view is soothing too. I work from home and that is a plus to have a patio. Thank you Ms. Brittany and staff.
I only give reviews when the service or product is awful! This visit to these apartments was the best I've had in College Park. I'm new to Ga and have not experienced the down home hospitality until I came here. The front desk lady welcomed me in and ask me to have a seat. It was very busy in lobby. I toured with Brittany and she was so sweet and down to earth. She toured me and my mom and took us to three different apartments. I appreciate the time that she took to help us find what we needed. Thank you Brittany! You are awesome! I found my new apartment!
Roach infested literally Roaches crawling in the windows Roaches coming out the ceiling They make you sign a roach waiver because they know these are infested I am a super clean person I removed the wall sockets the thermostat and it was filled with dead roaches so disgusting so glad I'm moving soon
I love it here. I love the location, I love the manager, I love the staff. I have seen such progress here and I am going to stay. I was thinking about relocating. You can not beat what you get for the price. The staff was changing so much when I first moved here. I am so happy to come in office and see familiar faces. Ms. Brittany remembers me and make me feel welcome.

These are great apartments to call home! They are nice in the inside and the outside is well kept! I absolutely loved the hard wood floor. Management by the name of Fredrick is the best! He have great customer service and he’s very friendly. He is quick to attend to your problem and willing to go out his way to help you. I appreciate everything he did and I hope he received a good commission from this review. If you are looking for somewhere great to stay Meadow View are it and ask for Fredrick ! Rosalyn C.
New owner took over, they are unprofessional. Whenever you go into the office the nee management pass you straight without greeting you. Repair takes forever, the building needs cleaning. The property looks nice on the outside but inside is horrible, management cares more about sprucing up the trees and the grass. They don't care about human beings, they are all about the money.
Worst neighborhood ever, don’t even waist your time trying to get into these. Darrius loves to give people the run around and then blame it on others. He has the worst attitude dealing with applicants. I’ve seen it first hand with him rolling his eyes on the phone and hanging up in people faces. When applying I got approved first hand but it took literally 3 months for Kenyatta to approve my application. Adriana or however you spell her name, always MIA. Darrius will say you’re approved give you a move in date then come to find out he never gave the application to his manager. I never got the chance to move in. Once Kenyatta approved my application and gave me the move in date, I declined. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Don’t do it, it’s not worth the headache. They don’t deserve stars.
I enjoyed the comfort of streamlined online application and payment experience, one that serves as a testament to Meadow View Apartments' mantra: LIFE ON THE GO. More importantly, the leasing agent, Darrius, attends to me with courtesy and does his job impressively. From a one-off encounter with the community manager, I do not doubt the management's professionalism and their inclination to listen and be of assistance to the residents. I hope they continue being nice as I plan to move in soon. I look forward to having an enjoyable living experience here.

The neighborhood is mostly quiet, but you can definitely have a gathering or play your music without neighbors calling the police. there was an insect infestation in my apartment when i moved in that has never quite gone away. i had to move in quickly, so i wasn't able to see the unit first. MY FAULT, however, there was definitely false advertisement. the sinks in the bathtub, bathroom, and kitchen are rusted and corroded. some of the fixtures in the apartment are very poor quality and in poor condition, and they provide with you almost no lighting. the so-called "walk-in closet" is a JOKE. it's waaaayyy too small. i have consistent issues with my toilet. while maintenance is reasonably prompt, there's obviously a deeper issue with plumbing or the toilet itself, which management doesn't see fit to replace. my window leaks when it rains but management has done nothing because they say it won't cause mold :-/ also, there have been 3 management changes since i've lived here. the pool is nasty and moldy. it's crowded with tons of kids from other areas coming in, who are loud and rude, & feel the need to flirt with any woman they encounter, like typical teenagers, but it makes for an unpleasant experience. the area itself has some decent dining options, but not many options if you want to go out, drink, go to a park, or go to a cafe. they do have a business office, but you can't print unless you e-mail one of the office managers, who is not always in the office. the dumpsters are frequently overflowing, gross and smell disgusting. if you're moving here MAKE SURE you move into a building that isn't right by the dumpsters. and almost EVERY night at least one person's car alarm goes off so this is not the place for you, if you are a light sleeper. on the plus side: lots of grocery stores in area, balcony's are a nice size, maintenance relatively prompt, reasonably safe, the laundry facilities are pretty clean and the apartments have washer & dryer hookups. one of the office managers is extremely nice, helpful, and professional. they do have concierge service if you're receiving a large package--although you have to call them to check b/c they will not call you. the neighborhood is diverse. in general, it's a decent place to live. it's just extremely overpriced, considering the cheap/poor quality of the apartment, the super small closet, the small space, and the lack of amenities in the neighborhood.

Lived here a year and it always takes weeks for maintenance to fix emergency issues in my apartment My upstairs neighbor has a plumbing issue which causes frequent leaks in my apartment Everytime I try to speak to the property manager K. Scott she’s never there Even when I come up there she “acts” busy and can’t be bothered to help plus there’s always someone new in the office I can’t wait until my lease is up Don’t move here unless you want to wait for days/weeks for your apartment issues to be fixed

Meadow springs apartments are awesome apartment... Their only problem is that they are kind of small for the price. Over I give them four stars!!!!!!
Love the interior of my apartment - space, fixtures etc. When I moved in everything was clean and smelled fresh - they left several plug ins. I've only had to put in 2 small service requests which were handled promptly. The only negative would be the area, but i cant see myself living more than 15 min from the city. My patio had shattered glass everywhere from an attempted break in. Thanks to the double pane glass door it was unsuccessful. The management team made repairs immediately with no hassle.
