The apartments are spacious, nicely updated, and the property is taken care of well. Any time I’ve needed something fixed, maintenance has handled it quickly. The management is approachable and communicates clearly, which makes things easy. Overall, it’s a solid place to live if you want somewhere quiet and stress-free.
I’ve really enjoyed my time living here. The apartments are clean and well-maintained, and the neighborhood is quiet while still being close to everything you need. Maintenance is quick and friendly, and the management team is easy to talk to and helpful when questions come up. It’s been a comfortable and reliable place to live.
This place is great! Management is super helpful, friendly, and very responsive! Maintenance is Excellent! Usually same day response if parts are in if not next day. Very affordable and very well built. Very quiet and great neighbors to boot!

First time renting an apartment after owning a condo for over 23 years . I have been here for over a year and very happy with the apartment. Paulette was great in getting me into to an apartment at Meadow Ridge. It is very quiet and I feel very safe here.

I’ve lived here for over 5 years. When I initially was looking for an apartment in Sioux Falls, this place stood out due to the helpful management, value, and great location. Anytime I have had an issue with the apartment (which has been maybe a couple of times in my time here), the management and maintenance staff were swift and helpful in meeting my needs! Anytime someone I know is looking for an apartment, I always recommend Meadow Ridge. I don’t know why anyone would want to live elsewhere in south Sioux Falls!

The apartments are spacious with a nice, modern design in a quiet location just on the south side of Sioux Falls. Maintenance is top notch, fast and friendly. But the best part is the management. Paulette is so kind, friendly and always accommodating. I previously rented here, moved out and moved back in earlier this year and was so excited that Paulette was back as the manager. If you are looking for a new residence, Meadow Ridge is the answer!

We moved to Sioux Falls in December and looked at several different places - this is by far the best. Spacious apartments, quiet location and excellent staff. Paulette has been extremely helpful and always greets us with a smile. The few small maintenance issues we had when we moved in were immediately taken care of by Brian. GREAT place to live!!

This complex is extraordinary! During one of the worst winters in Sioux Falls history, the staff went above and beyond to keep the sidewalks and parking lots shoveled out. They also helped residents shovel out cars that were left outside. The office manager, Paulette went to great lengths to ensure that people were taken care of if they had special requests and did her best to accommodate them. Brian the maintenance man was out in extreme weather to use buckets of sand and salt for safety. In the summer weeds were pulled and the lawns moved and trash that was being blown around was picked up. Thank you to all who kept it looking good!!!

I lived at Meadow Ridge for 3 years, first 2 years was great until they change management the 3rd year. Some good things really do come to an end. The maintenance guy was always helpful, no issues there. Their new management was not the most pleasant to deal with. Changed policies that you’ve lived with 2.5 years. Noisy neighbors?…better learn to live with it cause there’s nothing they will do about it. Several times when I had questions or issues I would have to reach out a few times before getting a reply. Don’t expect your security deposit back for weeks IF you even get it back. They could definitely work with their tenants better to make it a better place to live at. If you’re thinking about renting at Meadow Ridge Apartments, all I can say is good luck. Hopefully you’ll have a better experience than I did my final year living there.

I loved living at Meadow Ridge. These apartments had everything I was looking for and more. There are washers and dryers in the units and they are really upgraded from others in the same price range that I was looking at. Management is great, too. I had to leave for another job or else I would still be there!
