Love Mayfaire Flats and their staff! Always a wonderful experience! It was such an easy move. When I moved into my place I noticed something with the dishwasher and they fixed it right away!

I really like it here as I’ve said many times I especially like the west building with its openess. The location is great for walking, shopping. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, and they provide with monthly activities.

I just got the keys to my 1 bedroom apartment at Mayfair flats. It was very clean when I moved in and the staff has been very responsive! So far, it seems like a good place to live.

As a resident who has just moved in here, everybody has been super kind! The process moving in here went fast and was very simple and easy! The complex is of course very close to the beach as well as about any restaurant or fast-food place you can think of. I love the community here!

We love living here! Maintenance is so responsive and friendly. We love the location and the people who live here are very nice. We’re a bit upset that our rent is increasing for a second year, but we understand that is the nature of the apartment rental industry.

Amazing response to needs! Reegan and Paige are so nice and friendly, it was nice to be remembered after touring last month. So glad to call Mayfair Flats my home!

The leasing office staff was so helpful in getting me set up to move in! Everyone was so friendly and quick to answer any questions I had. My apartment was clean and ready to go when I moved in!

I’ve lived here for seven years because I love it and every staff member has made life here a comfortable and welcome experience. I appreciate all the special things they do for us all the time, making it fun here. A special shout out to the maintenance crew led by Brandon who take care of our needs so promptly.

The whole process was very easy from application to answering of any questions. We have been here a week and have met very nice “neighbors” . Love how dog friendly it is also.

I've lived at Mayfaire Flats since 2019. I'm signing another lease. I wouldn't be here if I didn't love it. It's quiet and clean. The office people are kind and answer your concerns in a timely manner. Maintenance is awesome. You put in an order and Brendon and his team are right on it. They have great amenities. The coffee machine is my favorite. There are stores all around. Two hair salons right on the property. I can't say enough. Great place to live.

The community at Mayfaire flats is absolutely wonderful. Not only are the amenities a plus, but the staff and maintenance are fantastic. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a forever home!!

My husband and I have been living here for almost two years and we love it here! The maintenance crew is so responsive and so is the front office on the rare occasions where we had an issue. The crew works so hard to keep this place so clean and feeling like a hotel! Highly recommend!

Very pleasant living here. Great location, friendly neighbors and always great staff and maintenance crew. I enjoy all the extras provided such as breakfasts, special parties etc. The grounds are nice and greatly msintained. As I have said before, I’ve enjoyed here here for the past 5 years.

Mayfairflats is a great place to live. It's very clean and kept up nicely. Very friendly people and a great location. If anything goes wrong in your apartment they are so quick to respond and fix any problem professionally and thoroughly. Just a great an amazing place to live. Thank you

Staff is always supportive and helpful. They work with you (within reason) my upstairs neighbor though could use some softer shoes ?? but that’s apartment life ??????

The apartment complex is a fairly good place to live, with friendly staff and neighbors. The ammenities could use an improvemenyHowever, the place is really looking rundown. The building interior walls need to be painted badly, and the carpets need to be replaced. Resident move in and outs of course may damage the walls, but overall the issues are never painted to keep up with the wear and tear. It is just looking rundown. A good location, we enjoyed living here for the most part.

Been here 5 years and still very happy here. Staff is great, always helpful. Love where it is located , private without being far from shopping. Also quiet which I appreciate.

Excellent place to live. Tucked away a bit where it’s quiet but still near shops and restaurants. Nice community and great staff. Apartments are the best part. We’ve seen places with a few better amenities that we probably wouldn’t use that often anyway, but the apartment la are like no other. Great place. Just wish the parking spaces were a little wider and there was a dog wash area. Other than that, great place to live.

Really need more visitor parking. If you entertain groups, even for an afternoon, there is not enough space for them to park without fear of getting booted.

Meeghan was very helpful with my checking in processes and the apartment was very clean!! Moving in couldn’t have gone smoother and everyone we met in the halls were welcoming!

The staff is very responsive to any requests and/or needs. They are also friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to using the amenities offered by Mayfaire Flats.

Location is everything and we love this area. The maintenance is always there for us when we call which is a nice peace of mind. And the people in the office are so accommodating and very helpful.

Everyone is so nice and amazing! We just moved in and it went very smoothly took less than 30 minutes to sign all the papers. When you walk in they give you a little gift box welcoming you.

Really love our apartment. Extremely modern, great amenities, and perfectly located for shopping, grocery, and leisure. The staff is super friendly as well.

I really like it here. Great being near so much stuff and has a lot of space to walk our dog and be near some nature too, which a lot of complexes don’t have.

great place to live. very polite community and super friendly staff. love the lap pool and the 24 gym access. It is in a very quite area and hardly any trough traffic at night and during the day

Mayfaire flats is amazing! I just moved in and I couldn’t be happier! The close proximity to Mayfaire is incredible, yet I love how it’s far off the main road, kind of secluded. Safety is a big factor of where I live, and Mayfaire flats makes me feel safe with features such as gate entry to each building. I’m excited to spend the next year here. Highly recommend!

My husband and I love living here. The staff is great and attentive. We are within walking distance of a lot of great shops and restaurants.

Everything is great, but would love more visitor parking. Office personnel are very helpful and maintenence is prompt and efficient . Renting is new to us and we need all the help we can get.

So far so good! Just moved in and love the apartment. Trash service was a surprise and very helpful. The patio is much larger than we thought it would be too!

People who work here, office staff and maintenance, couldn’t be nicer. It was a big decision moving here and we’re so happy we did. We didn’t know this area or anyone who lived here. We immediately liked the grounds, apartment and the amenities at Mayfaire Flats.

Everything was a smooth process with the transfer and the office could not have been more kind. They got everything done and all we needed to do was sign and get ready for the move.

My move-in experience was great! Super helpful staff. Central location to everything I need. Modern apartment with great amenities that I can’t wait to use more.

Very nice complex. Dog park is non existent. 90% of dog owners don’t pick up their pets waste. Location is fantastic and everything is within 10 mins.

Overall it has been a good experience living at the Flats. Friendly neighbors and excellent maintenance team. The downside is there are a few tenants that smoke both on the premises and in the units. You can hear noise from connecting units but that is typical with apartment living. I have been fortunate enough to have neighbors who comply with quiet hours compliance.

Been only a short time and we love it, great area, nice people and lovely surroundings. We love our apartment, such a great lay out and a nice view. The dogs love the walks in the area and our cat love to watch the action off the balconies.

I just moved in last week to Mayfair flats, I have been positively surprised with all the complex has to offer along with the staff. I am already planning to renew my lease

Our apartment is beautiful and the move in process was smooth and easy to use via app. Will def recommend this apt to others. The staff are very friendly and very responsive to any questions you may have.

So far so good. Great place, friendly staff and residents. Quiet community. My wife and I love our apartment. It’s very spacious and a ton of natural light. Added bonuses are the pool, gym, grills and pool table for entertainment.

My move-in today with the office was seamless! They answered any questions I had and were very friendly. The elevator was very useful for bringing my things up to the fourth floor.

I really like living here. Great amenities and some outdoor spaces to walk our dog that aren’t just concrete and sidewalks. Spacious apartments and modernized. Feels very luxurious to my partner and I! Lol
