Property Ratings at Mayberry Colony Apartments
Have been living here for 2 years now. They do credit checks but not background checks. They rent to "qualified" people but then in comes their friends and relatives. Leaving to work early in the morning, I always see half naked women leaving. My sister stays here with my children when I'm at work and she says cops are here every week during the day. We have a lot of bugs. We aren't dirty people. Yet we have roaches in every room. Manager is nice but I think the owner of the complex is cheap. Nothing gets fixed. It's fixed to the point where it lasts a few months but then you have to call them again. Not worth living here. Price is good but you get what you pay for.
I have been at these apartments for 4 years. Never had an issue and when I had a problem the manager was quick to attend to the matter. It is very quiet and clean. The manager is very respectable and cares for the property and tenants very much! I recommend taking a tour!
