It’s a nice neighborhood. Some loud neighbors or their loud kids that come home late. Most people don’t pick up after their dogs. No upgrades have been made but rent goes up. Can’t pay rent without paying a fee.

Since my last review things have gotten better. The staff is very helpful and someone does answer the phone when you call. I did enjoy the wine and cheese gathering. It was very nice. I do have to say there is still some improvement that needs to be done. They are fixing the gates, which is a great thing. The landscaping needs to be taken care of. And there are too many stray cats running around the property. I think some exterminating outside needs to be done for the bugs and flies and there are roaches outside as well but overall, I am satisfied with the improvements that the property is making.

the parking lot need more light in the night, and everything is good, location, homes, security in the area . They are school, supermarkets, pharmacies and another business are so close

I love my beautiful townhome loft. I am a college art student, I have two guinea pigs and my partner is a local musician we both work full time. The loft style 2bd 1.5 bath is so incredibly perfect for us. I turned our spare downstairs bedroom into a music and art studio. All my neighbors & staff are so kind, helpful and the space overall always feels safe and comfortable.

Things are a lot better with new manager. There is a better response time to any issues. Complex seems to be looking cleaner. One complaint I have is people spewing through the complex and riding right behind you if you’re driving too slow for them. The lights also need to be fixed outside of buildings and the ones that hang in the building itself. It would make it feel safer for these to be fixed.

We recently moved in and it was a bit bumpy of a move to say the least but Michelle and Desiree have gone above and beyond to make our transition as smooth as possible. To be transparent, we did encounter a few issues after moving in. We initially had to spray for baby roaches before submitting a work order to the complex. Unfortunately, the technician only sprayed the downstairs area and did not perform a thorough treatment, as requested. Additionally, there is a strong smell of marijuana in our apartment, which seems to be coming through the vents. Since I couldn’t identify the source, management said they could not help, so I left friendly notes on four nearby doors without accusing any of them. The odor has become overwhelming. Lastly, the dishwasher began leaking during our first use, but I submitted a work order, and fortunately, that issue was resolved promptly.

All good no issues all good nice place. The rent was high. The water bill was high but everything else was OK. The place was wonderful if the bar bill wasn’t so high I would’ve still been there but the water bill was going crazy. They gave me $150 re-sign and then charge me 150 for water That wasn’t no good. Oh well that’s how time goes.

Great place to live, but the German roaches are a pain! It would be great if they would fill all crevices this means sealing up every small crack, gap, or opening in a structure using materials like caulk, expanding foam, or steel wool, effectively blocking potential entry points for pests.

This is one of the best communities I lived in. The staff is great and maintenance is excellent. To be honest when I moved here 1 and half ago it was not the best. But Riley has really turned it around.

The office staff is awesome and very helpful. The pricing is reasonable and they community is quite. However, there is a problem with roaches. The property uses a horrible pest control company that has no desire to get rid on the problem. I have spoken with other apartment communities that say they have left this vendor for another and now they have gotten rid of the problem. I really like the community and office staff but due to the pest control issues I must go.

The complex is owned by Anterra, which is an investment firm, not a landlord, and it's glaringly obvious. For reference I've lived in the B2 floorplan for almost a year and a half. The units were recently renovated and it's clear they cut every corner possible. Bathrooms don't have fans (but they do have a switch for one implying one was removed), towel bars and shelving don't have drywall anchors so they begin falling out of the wall within 6 months, toilets are wobbly, the cabinets in any bathroom with a shower are disintegrating from moisture and the walls are squishy next to the shower. Furthermore they did not cover any fixtures while spray painting so every towel bar is covered in gray spots that look like dust but never come off. The maintenance staff takes at least 1-2 weeks to respond to any requests, and the amenities are the definition of lackluster. Maxwell townhomes will provide 4 walls and a roof, but it is very clear that this property was designed solely for profit, with no regard to the residents experience. I am a 20 year old girl and even I know this place is designed to fall apart, it honestly makes me wonder if they purposely used substandard building practices to keep security deposits in order to fix their cost cutting efforts. I just cannot think of a single reason you wouldn't put drywall anchors that cost ¢10 on a towel bar when you know the drywall will be exposed to high levels of moisture.

This seems to be a very nice place to live that’s why I chose it, I gave a 2 because my unit has a lot of roaches. At this time there are no other units available and I am in a situation where I have to be settled for work. So I decided to be proactive and start fighting them on my own as well as the complex, I was told it was treated and I’m assuming it was because they were not as bad as when I first saw the unit, but they are still bad. I was also told that I would have ongoing pest control until it is eliminated, which shows me that they care but I am still not very happy about the situation.

Vary spacious unit but disappointed that half the outlets don’t work, dishwasher and microwave didn’t work, and there were some little roaches found in the kitchen. Even with these complaints the front office was very quick with fixing the issues

While the office staff, the community, and the swift response of maintenance staff has been great, we were very disappointed by the condition of our unit upon move in. Looking past the living room floor being filthy, our dishwasher and microwave weren’t working when we moved in and more than half the outlets are non functional. One, maybe two of these things could be looked past, but with everything all together, it has put us in a “what next?” mindset.

The office staff is beyond amazing. They are so friendly. They don’t mind if you come in just to chat with them. Maintenance comes in a timely manner when you place a work order. Apartment is spacious and very homely. You can decorate your front or back however you like.
