Maxwell on 66th

I was so excited to renew my lease at Maxwell, I seriously can’t imagine living anywhere else! Thanks to the team for being so proactive when it comes to keeping our community gorgeous! ?

Living at The Maxwell for the last four years has been wonderful! It’s safe, clean, and like living at a resort and the staff is absolutely fantastic! They offer lots of social events on top of having a wonderful dog park, dog spa, a resort pool with cabanas, outdoor fireplaces, resident spaces to meet clients in and wonderful gym! I wish I could purchase my apartment!!!!!

It’s pretty nice here. Wish maintenance staff would complete the tasks properly. And the valet trash guys to not drag the bags down the hall

Overall a positive experience, we have lived here several years now and mostly happy with the experience. There has been an increase in noise lately particularly in the parking lot. Otherwise, we are still happy with the apartment and the amenities.

Been great people and community is awesome, the pool area is my favorite and the cool thing is they do stuff for the community and have get togethers and events and it’s awesome cause you don’t even need to leave your place it’s all inside the gates!

Great management! Very helpful and good communication. Made my move in extremely easy. Great area, lots of restaurants and things to do close by. Best apartment I have lived in so far.

The gym gets crowded with the trainers bringing in nonresidents. And there always a coffee cup container from bikini bottom on the stairs of building 8 at least once a week. Other than that it’s a good place to live.

This has been a good place to rent and the amenities are lovely. I really appreciate our maintenance team, they are very professional and prompt with their responses! The units themselves are well built and cozy!

I’ve been living at Maxwell at 66th for a little while now and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The leasing staff made the process so smooth and they’re always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. The amenities are a huge plus. The pool feels like a resort, the gym is well-equipped, and the community areas are clean and comfortable. The whole property has a great atmosphere and it’s clear the team takes pride in keeping everything top-notch. Location-wise, it’s super convenient without feeling hectic. Maxwell at 66th really does feel like home and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and well-managed place to live!

We just moved in Friday and so far the experience has been great as Patricia and the team at the office have been very accommodating and nice throughout the process. The apartment is in great condition and the amenities are amazing. Tried the gym this morning and all the equipment is in good shape. Excited to call Maxwell on 66th our new home!

had a wonderful move in experience. everyone was super helpful and kind. i was made to feel right at home as soon as i got here. my neighbors are very nice and the leasing agents were great!

I just moved here from WA state a week ago and everyone has been so welcoming and kind. I’ve already had a few of my neighbors introduce themselves which has been so nice since I don’t know many people yet. I love the management team, the beautiful property and my apartment. Look forward to making this my new permanent residence

Love the pool!!!! Even though I have been extremely limited due to surgeries. Best Residential Pool in Arizona-10 . I oversee many major projects in Arizona for construction and on the Apartment side Maxwell on 66th has the best layout for pool overview and entertainment setup and lighting of the pool as well.

I love coming home to Maxwell! My home layout is ideal, the gatherings bring neighbors together and our pool is the best around! Shout out to the team that keeps everything running smoothly too :)

I’ve enjoyed the 9 months I’ve lived here. It’s been a quiet, clean place to live. It’s close to my job and other amenities. Staff has been accommodating and prompt for me so far.

Love Maxwell 66 th for beauty service and fun when you wish on site. People wonderful dog park the dogs love and meet great owners too

Apartments are spacious with wooden floor. Best part is swimming pool and spa area. They are best. I highly recommend this apartment. Very close to American Express and Mayo clinic. Everything is in close proximity.

This is the place. Nice, clean, quiet, supported and comfortable. Security is high and the grounds are immaculate. The staff are accessible, knowledgeable and friendly.

Amazing pool! Feels like you’re at a resort. Interiors of apartments are beautiful. Giving 5 stars because other than the pool the amenities are nothing special :(

I have been living at the Maxwell on 66th for almost 2 years now. It was a bumpy start but it has gotten a lot better. They have improved their staff, the parking lot, the cushions in the pool area. The only thing they need to work on is the maintenance staff actually completing the work orders correctly.

Love it! Great location and the pool area is so inviting and offers individuals area for privacy. Staff is very helpful. Love the floor to ceiling windows!

The maintenance crew always shows up on time and does the work to our satisfaction. Very pleasant at all times

Cleanliness, location, and staff responsiveness and friendliness are all important. Monthly get togethers add to appeal. Garbage pickup adds to convenience.

The property is extremely clean and perfectly set up around the pool. Quite and friendly environment.

I absolutely love living in this community. It is very well kept, the grounds are always clean as well as all the amenities. The residents are very kind and quiet. They do lots of community events that are always fun.

Overall a great place to live! Have lived here for a few years now and really enjoy it. Not quite as clean as it used to be, but still is a nice place to call home.

Beautiful complex. Modern, clean surroundings, nice pool, great location, HOWEVER, weekends are loud, crowded, many NON-residents use facilities to party, drink, blare obnoxious music, pool crowd. Essentially take over. Unfortunately, no enforcement. Can be challenging for residents to enjoy on weekend. Disappointing.

Overall a positive experience, we have lived here a few years now. We still really enjoy the pool and gym and the location is great. The maintenance team have also been very helpful and friendly. The only downside is the noise has picked up a little recently outside in the parking lot late at night.

I’ve lived here for three years and just re-signed a lease for another 14 months and couldn’t be happier with the staff, the grounds, the safety and the beauty of the community!

So far so great! The pool is awesome and I like how active it is, people love being outside around here and it makes the area very welcoming.

I love the Maxwell! I have truly had nothing but an amazing experience. The property is well kept up, the homes feel cozy and it always smells great!

The manager Kenisha is always very nice and so is the rest of the staff. I called in for maintenance issues in my apartment twice and it was very expedient. This is so refreshing unlike the other complexes in town.

You can tell the management genuinely cares about keeping the property well-maintained. Trash pickup is consistent and on time, which is a huge plus. The pool area always looks clean and inviting, like a resort. The landscaping is beautifully kept, and the grounds feel safe and secure. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the staff is courteous and helpful every time. Parking is convenient, and neighbors are respectful. It’s rare to find a place that checks all the boxes, but this one really does. I’m glad I chose to live here—it truly feels like home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Maxwell is constantly taking care of the property and keeping it beautiful. The management staff is amazing. Makes you feel like you’re the only important person in the complex.

I chose to l live at Maxwell on 66th because the property is beautiful and well-maintained. Applying for residency was easy. The staff was so helpful, too! I'm excited to be living here.

A lot of improvements have been made around the complex and pool area. Still need to work on the call box and gates, sometimes the glitch out and don’t work

The best pool in Phoenix! Resort style with a lot of community events. Huge dog park for your fur babies and a pet spa! The community is great :)

This apartment lets a lot of rules slide. Conversely, when you are 5 seconds late with the rent they threaten to throw you out; going so far as to threaten legal action. Meanwhile one resident is using his garage as a restoration shop, a trailer has been parked illegally for a week or more, and the pool is regularly closed for repairs. I could let the Maxwell's errors go but why should I when I feel as if I am constantly held to a higher standard than they are. When our neighbor's music was physically shaking our apartment Maxwell responded (after about 10 complaints) that he said he was sorry. It never did stop and I switched apartments to avoid the noise as well as to avoid continuing to complain to a company that stop responding to my complaints. All in all, I would say the service sucks but the place is ok other than that.

Overall good experience, my only issue is the dog park is never clean due to people not cleaning up after their dogs and I live by the front gate so the slamming fence is quite bothersome day in and day out.

My Experience so far has been nothing short of amazing! Everyone has been very helpful and genuine. I can confidently say I 100% picked the right place to live at and to make home!

Overall is a nice place to live, the upkeep could be better for what we pay but it's a nice community of people and the apartments are nice. I've lived here a few years now and enjoy it.

Overall great experience! We love our apartment and the amenities. We still really enjoy the pool area and the gym. Rating 4 however due to recent noise and security issues. Recently, we have been woken by the noise of car engines revving around the complex at 2-3am. Also concerns with attempted car break ins.

Best management experience at an apartment complex in this area, the maintenance management is amazing and quick to respond! The spaces are very clean and pool is great!

I love living here! The community is excellent and close to everything. Scottsdale living without paying Scottsdale prices! If you are looking for the perfect place to live you just found it. Maxwell on 66th!!

Truthfully have had a great experience this past 5 months and I am glad I picked here for my first year moving to AZ. The property is all well taken care of and no garbage left around.
