Property Ratings at Mattoon Towers 62+ and handicapped
Worst office staff ever! They keep the blinds down all the time to not be bothered by residents. When they do have to come in contact with the residents they are rude and spiteful. Teresa in the office is the most rude person I've ever came in contact with. She should not be around all those residents. She's not a people person. She hates life and hates everyone around her. I feel sorry for her family. She definitely needs replaced Apartments are outdated. Hallways smell like pee. The maintenance man is super nice!!
Pet friendly. Security monitoring. Laundry on sight. All electric apartments, base on income. Priv. parking. Clean, main.. man on sight and on call. Management on sight.
