The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Mathilda Garden Apartments
Never recommend this place. Manager is very arrogant lady. She and some people who stay here scolds kids without any reason. From 3 PM its silent Hrs in this place, which is weird. Not a gated community( Still the price is very high) and homeless people rom around inside and stay inside the Common washing area. No Good landscaping and all dusty front yards. Also lot of roaches in may of the units.

1. Very poor management. Apartment doesn’t feel safe as it is not gated . Homeless people wandering inside campus and sleeping inside laundry room is scary. 2. Manager and few people dont respect kids , they always scare them or shoo them away. 3. Bike robbery has become soo common that locking your bikes is useless.. 4. No cctv cameras to track bike robbery and missing packages outside . 5.handyman is very poor skilled, instead of fixing problems, he will create new ones and go. 6. Cigarette smokers throw buds everywhere and smoke in non designated areas causing irritation to others. Overall very bad management

LOST Bikes, Shoes, Cloths ALL THE TIME ( it's just one of the many problems here) We have been a resident here for a while now, and I've lost 3 bikes that have gone missing over the years here at Mathilda Garden. The manager is totally unprofessional. Maintenance requests take 6 months. Frankly speaking, we can overlook the following : 1- Lack of lights in the apartments and fields 2- NO details indicating which building and apartment is where. 3- Lack of guest parking 4-Ongoing leaking sink in the kitchen ( no one seems to be able to fix)!! 5-No security, No gates 6. Homeless people sleep in the laundry area. 7. Homeless people comes and knocks on your door. 8. Strangers come inside the complex and stare at kids. But this matter of lost packages is out of control. The establishment is needs a management change. I have been here for less than 3 years. SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T MOVE IN

1. Management: The manager is very neglectful and is rarely in the office, unless rent is due. There is only one woman who handles everything in the office as well, making it difficult to get anything fixed or handled. Any issues with the building, fellow tenants, or anything are impossible to get resolved because the manager is not in the office most of the time to talk to. The manager also rarely responds to emails and never answers the phone. Even after leaving a multitude of messages after hours with an answering service, none of the messages are returned either through email or call. Most days, there is a paper sign printed out and taped to the door that the manager is out of the office at a "corporate meeting". There should be at least two people running an office with several hundred tenants in an apartment complex. 2. Property and units: The property is not kept up to date. The buildings are very old and look like they are falling a part. The pipes are all connected and the walls are so thin that you can smell the cooking from neighboring apartments through the walls, even with the windows closed. There are rules in place for not having clutter, shoes, and eyesores on the front porches. However, none of these rules are enforced. Furthermore, there is a no smoking rule on the property, but potential tenants are not even screened or asked if they are smokers. So, people abuse the policy and there are people smoking vaporizers and cigarettes on the property grounds and within their units. It has been 3 months since the pool has been working and there is a paper sign taped up not to use the pool. It is still "under construction", but it is filled with water and it has been weeks that it looks useable. I requested a rent reduction because of not having access to this amenity and was denied my request. The tenants keep getting told that the pool will be fixed soon "by the end of the month" but it was been months. 3. Tenants: A majority of the tenants are families with small children. Most of the children wander around unsupervised in large groups creating a lot of noise. A lot of these tenants are loud and have gatherings of people over, even in the small units and studios, with windows and doors wide open until past 11pm.
Centrally located and in the heart if Silicon Valley, this complex is just the right fit for anyone. Close to shopping, restaurants and all major freeways.
