Property Ratings at Mason Street Townhomes
Headline disappointed . Rent went up $400, can't keep management, no one's in the office on the days that it says it's going to be someone in office. It's nowhere for the kids to play the place that the kids did have they turn to a grilling area which it's not going to be used.. they are kids and others that comes over that should not be over here hanging out. It has dog poop everywhere I don't even have a dog and I have poop in my yard. The neighbors I had for four or five years I'm moving out thought this was going to be a forever home but we have such a turnover and neighbors. People that moving in are rowdy taking over all the parking spots even the handicap spots and don't have a handicap sticker on top of that they taking over carports that's not theirs. I guess things have not gotten better since stonebrook sold this property it's just worse. You would think with the amount of money that you have to pay for rent that this will be a better place and taking care of more but it's not. You don't have and what's such a high turnover the work that's supposed to be done on some of the places don't get done my ear ducts supposed to been cleaned out I'm not supposed to have some more stuff done but because of the turnover they don't have the email nor the paperwork from the other management to do it.
