Were we are located the internet goes out a lot. You will pay close to 1,000 on top of rent just for utilities monthly. I do not recommend

The staff here is incredibly friendly, the amenities are top-notch, and the internet is fast and reliable. Most importantly, the townhome itself is everything I hoped for—spacious, modern, and comfortable. The move-in process was seamless, making it easy to settle in quickly. Highly recommend this community!

This is the greatest living experience of my life.
For the first time in a very long time I can honestly say that I don’t feel like a burden when I walk into the leasing office with a question or concern! The apartments are brand new and very nice. The property, while a bit dirty (construction mess), is overall beautiful. I am looking forward to watching the community grow as things in the Epoca development finish up!
