Spanning an area of 27 square miles, the city of Alexandria, Louisiana has a population of around 48,000 people. This moderately-sized city is among the largest in Rapides parish. One of the biggest events in Alexandria is (of course!) Mardi Gras. This exciting event involves parades, great food, entertainment, and lots of fun. Alexandria is home to another popular festival, Que'in on the Red. This event involves Louisiana's world-famous barbeque cooked up by local chefs and plenty of live music. This tasty event takes place in March and is typically held at North Levee Park.

I had to make a quick move and get everything done without seeing the property. The front office made everything incredibly smooth and I was thrilled with my place once I got here.
By far the best apartment community in the area with beautifully landscaped grounds and a friendly environment. The management and maintenance teams are fantastic. There's no place I'd rather call home than Mason Estates!
You wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The history of this place is amazing and the landscape and historical building are breathtaking. Sitting at my window looking at these ancient live oak trees and this hundred year old building is the highlight of my mornings. You couldn't ask for a better team in the office. Maintenance is quick to respond and always courteous and helpful.
Beautiful, with simple but elegant style. Has a old world past feeling with a future of tomorrow style.
