Belair is a dynamic area between Interstate 20 and Highway 78 and bounded to the east by Interstate 520. The western side of town consists of peaceful residential areas, while the eastern corner of town, near the I-20 and I-520 junction, features modern amenities. The Doctors Hospital of Augusta along with restaurants, hotels, and other businesses can be found here. I have been renting for 3 yrs. Just recently transferred to a 2 bdrm. My first apt was new. This 2 bedroom apt could have been a little more cleaner but overall it's okay. Minor housekeeping was needed.

The absolute most incompetent group of non workers running the office. No way to get help during emergencies and repairs are never completed. No one is ever in office and no voicemail system to Leave messages. Not recommended if you want a place to live.

I’ve had a wonderful experience so far. From apartment hunting, application process and moving in – expectations were far succeeded! Couldn’t have done it without the help of Maggie. I enjoy this community a lot and for the first time in my apartment living years, I feel at home.

overpriced, you can literally here every step your upstairs neighbor takes. Not sound proof. Unresponsive management. They let peoples dogs poop all over the establishment with no consequences.

Poor management. Takes multiple trys to receive any response from management. No compensation was given after finding mold. Management takes no responsibility for any issue like dog poop or lack of security such as cameras or a working gate after having multiple vehicle break-ins. Management gives no warning or consideration like asking tenants to move their outdoor personal belongings inside for pressure washing once 6 of 8 building were completed. The community app is heavily monitored and posts informing other tenants of fleas were blocked. Only inaccurate information is given from management.
Management is not responsive. Amenities are always out of order. Clubhouse closes after staff leaves. Trash service unreliable and always piled up at the compactor.
