Maryland Manor is a quiet, well-established apartment community located in the northeastern part of Granite City, near SWIC and less than 15 min from SIUE. We pride ourselves on keeping the community quiet and generally trouble free. We have a mature tenant base so loud music and partying are rarely an issue at Maryland Manor. There are cheaper communities, but everyone knows that you get what you pay for. If you don't mind loud parties and drug traffic, look elsewhere, but if you want a comfortable apartment to come home to at night, give us a look. Our manager lives on site and doesn't tolerate unruly residents.

Granite City is a large suburban community positioned northeast of Saint Louis on the east bank of the Mississippi River and west of Horseshoe Lake.
