Park space defines the Cresta Bella neighborhood of San Antonio. Here is where you’ll find the Friedrich Wilderness Park, Crownridge Canyon Park, and Raymond Russell Park, three of San Antonio’s favorite destinations for hiking and wildlife. In addition to hiking trails, Raymond Russell Park has picnic areas and grills. Aside from the parks, two golf courses flank Cresta Bella: Dominion Country Club to the north and Palmer Course at La Cantera to southwest.
Cresta Bella sits about 16 miles northwest of Downtown San Antonio, north of Six Flags Fiesta Texas, the University of Texas at San Antonio, and Santikos Entertainment Palladium. To the east, you’ll find Camp Bullis and Eisenhower Park. On the north end of Cresta Bella, you’ll find shops and restaurants, including the popular Aldo’s Risorante Italiano and Bourbon Street Seafood Kitchen.

Property Ratings at Marquis Cresta Bella
It’s excellent, because everybody that works here at Marquis at Cresta Bella is always at the top of their game. Rick and the gang were just in here, the maintenance crew, and they reversed the hot and cold water washer settings for me. I had not wanted to bother them to take care of this, but, they’re so fast, thorough, and sweet and friendly about everything. It was not a bother to them. I love this place.

I just moved in this past Friday and the leasing process was super smooth. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and the property is very clean. I have not heard any noises yet that people claim to hear, but it's to be expected living so close to a University, so keep that in mind. I don't really care though because this is my age group and is exactly what I have been looking for. My unit was spotless when I started moving all my stuff in and I can't wait to see what this year holds living here.
I’ve been living at the property since December of last year. I really like the new management company, they respond to your email’s the same day. They are also really fast responding to issues in my apartment and have been really nice every time I go in the office. I’m hoping if I keep my fingers crossed they will get package lockers. :)
I love my apartment. I love the area, the property sits on top of a hill with a great view near shopping, restaurants, Fiesta Texas (you can see the fireworks from the top pool), bars, entertsinment, and not far from major highways. This gated property is beautiful with an infinity pool, a resort style pool great for relaxing in the cabanas and swimming laps, grills, gym, community lounge area, concierge trash, 2 dog parks, and I have wonderful neighbors. Some units have garages and/or yards! The down side... The very few times i sopoke to the manager she wasnt very pleasant a lityle rude but at least managemenr is now starting to plan property events. I do everything online so I rarely see or need to speak to any of the office staff or maintenance. Overall I'm happy. I think every city needs a property like this one.
This place has everything! From the scenic views to the most relaxing pools, Belleza is the place to be! I love everything about this property and then some. Management is very on top of communicating with their residents, maintenance does an excellent job with upkeep and the apartment just speaks for itself. Bamboo flooring, LED lighting, great size for inviting guests. THIS PLACE IS JUST PERFECT!
Overall a good apartment....mostly young professionals as residents and very quiet. Only drawback is there are so many bugs that can find their way into your apartment.
Kept very clean and has very nice views being on top of a hill north of San antonio Staff is nice and maintained is quick. No complaints
