I have been living here for almost four years..A great thing about this apartment is service.Even during hard times, the maintenance team really helped us. When compared to other ones, I feel like we have a spacious parking and walking area. Happy to be here.

The staff and maintenance crew have been extremely helpful, responsive, and courteous during the snow storm/rough winter we have just had this week. Darby and Staci have been very responsive on emails/calls to address any issues. I did not have power for almost 2 days but Darby has kept me updated with all relevant do's and dont's during this period along with the email circulars sent out to all residents. It's so good to see the staff being so active in helping the residents even when the weather and all external problems are so huge. A big thanks to the Marquis at Legacy team for making it much easier to survive this :)
Close to Legacy West and Target, my two favorite places! I moved here a couple months ago to be closer to work. The community is right off Preston Rd which can be busy but the community is kind of tucked in so you really don’t even notice. The residents that I have met that live in my building and neighboring buildings have been super nice. Oh my gosh they also have a free car wash here! I was able to get tar off my car that other car washes couldn’t do. There is an ample amount of parking which is a breath of fresh air for it being in Plano. I have had a few service requests where they came the same day to replace some light bulbs but nothing major. The girls in the office are sweet and go above and beyond the call of duty. Overall I like living here, probably will stay a few years unless I get transferred.
I've lived here for more than a year now and it's been great! Spacious community .Our maintenance issues are quickly resolved.Would definitely recommend to friends.
While the apartment is older the current owners do seem to be investing in the property (and not just cosmetic updates). Not had any issues since moving in and the staff seem pretty responsive thus far (moved in 2 1/2 mos ago). It is pretty quiet and a good mix of tenants. We have to two bedroom and it is very spacious for an apartment.
