Property Ratings at Marquis at Crown Ridge
I've always enjoyed living here and often find it's the best deal when it comes to price vs space in the area which is what's kept us here when it's time to renew. But things have changed. Our building is more rundown than ever and while I could make a list of things the main reason you won't want to live here is the elevators are constantly breaking down. They were 99% reliable up until the middle of last year when it broke down for the first time and was out about a month. Since then it's been non stop frustration. The elevator company will fix it on a Monday, it'll be down 3 days later. Over and over for about 9+ months now. If you plan to live on anything but the 1st floor, avoid this complex. I was told it was just our building and took a walk asking neighbors I ran into around the complex; it's every building. Move here to an upper floor and you'll be stuck carrying groceries up every time you buy them. Fedex will refuse to deliver packages up if they're too heavy or leave them on the 1st floor or in some cases you'll catch them slamming your packages at your door in frustration they had to carry them up. Moving in or out? Good luck, expect to have to move everything up or down without the elevator. I'm on this site because we're looking at moving out and while we were fortunate to have the elevators working when we moved in, I dread having to carry our heavy furniture down without them. You've been warned.

Tiffany, Patience, Crystal, Sam, Don and everyone else are very kind and professional, even under the scary stress related to the pandemic. The apartments are lovely, and so is the setting. Our homes have high ceilings, faux wood flooring, new fixtures, ample space, and there are also some lovely views of the big Texas sky, our green space, and the stylish homes and apartment complexes nestled in the hills. There is a gym (open now) a pool, gas grills, and a large dog park. There are two beautiful walking trails just down the road. Migrating songbirds, butterflies, occasional families of wild turkeys all visit us. Coyotes howl in the evenings and the cicadas sing us to sleep. The flocks of Turkey Vultures that roost on the electrical wires are fascinating to watch, as well, even though they are a little creepy. You will love it here! Marquis at Crown Ridge is a special community of people.
I recently moved in about a month ago. The office staff is great! The leasing girl Giselle was very professional she went above and beyond by helping us find movers. I would recommend this place to all my friends. Everyone seems to be very friendly. My work order was done the same day I called it in. Keep up the good work!

These apartments are perfect if you want a quiet place to live. They are tucked back into the beautiful San Antonio hill country. Just a 5 minute drive to i10 and 1604. The management is very kind and helpful when needed. The one thing I would recommend for these apartments is a valet trash service. The dumpsters are not the closest and are pretty full most of the time. I love living here and recommend it to others all of the time!

I love living here! The price is right especially where it's located. It's so close to the country but still close enough to the Rim. The people at the office are so helpful! Of course the construction is terrible but there's construction going on all over the city.
